This is a nice and clean and quiet establishment, as most Dotty's are, the chain has simply lost its luster for me. Cig prices used to be substantially less than other retailers, now - meh. They serve liquor, but seriously limited bar stock, staff and servings allowed makes that accommodation - meh. It's a cash only operation, no debit cards or ATM and that's inconvenient. The place was super nice. It was clean and not very crowded. I played the lottery video games and turned my $20 in to $50. Fun games and good food with very nice Dotty's employees!
