Did a mobile order. Go to drive thru, it said. Speaker guy says you're paid, go to window. Then all hell breaks loose! They have no idea what's going on, trying to give me stuff I did not order. Chaos! Three people with no clue at the window. Finally, after 3 repeats of my order, I got my food. Maybe go inside? Or order at a smarter McD's?
My order is ALWAYS wrong. Fries were soggy and cold, missing my nuggets and everything I wanted off my burger was left off. Dulce de leche frappe tasted like crap (never has before) Customer service is non existent. Other McDonald’s like the one in Sunnyside is great but this one just keeps getting worse sucks because it’s so close to my house but might be worth the extra drive to avoid the headache
