My order is ALWAYS wrong. Fries were soggy and cold, missing my nuggets and everything I wanted off my burger was left off. Dulce de leche frappe tasted like crap (never has before) Customer service is non existent. Other McDonald’s like the one in Sunnyside is great but this one just keeps getting worse sucks because it’s so close to my house but might be worth the extra drive to avoid the headache

Tall girl with the long brown hair/ponytail is so disrespectful and rude it makes no sense. Opens and closes her window several times with no words to you, aggressively hands drinks and food out. Last night she almost dropped the drink before I could grab it for how aggressively she hands it to you . Slams the window afterwards. This location is closest to my house, but I’m specifically going further now to not have to deal with her. Management should stop having her work at the front asap she clearly hates her job and takes it out on every single person.

I have never been to a worst McDonalds in my life I got disrespected by the girl in front counter she rolled her eyes at me and said why was I standing there I told her I was waiting on food and when she brought my food she threw the hothouse in my bag!! I would reconsider having her working there in front.
Very rude employees at this location. Employee just handed off the order and never said a word to me. Opened and closed her window 3x to give me my order and never said a thing! Wow.
When I asked the employee to top off my drink, because she didn't fill the cup all the way, she just added more ice! Then she sat it down and walked away. Didn't even hand the drink back to me. I then had to wait for another employee to come to the window to give me my drink back.
Even though this location is very close to my house, I will now go out of my way to the Oak st. location.

Drive-thru employee had such long nails she could barely put things into the register and was unable to grab cash out of my hand!!!! Had to share because this is the most ridiculous thing, it is a very common thing for fast food cashiers to have long nails however this is the first instance of watching a fast food cashier struggle because of the size and length of their nails and be unable to perform duties of their job. Went through tried to use a pay code but failed so had to use cash, I had watched this girl punch a couple things into the register and it looked like she was struggling her nails are a little over an inch long, when I went to go hand her the cash she's not able to grab it due to the nails and it dropped going underneath my vehicle. To which she stared at me, this is a very bizarre experience considering I've never gone through a drive-thru with somebody with such excessively long nails that they were not able to grasp money. I'm assuming that she's not allowed to do food prep considering those nails could never be in gloves nor could they properly be fully cleaned or be allowed in a food setting.
