This bar is a local favorite, for good reason. Good pours, local crowd mixed with pop ins, and excellent food. The kitchen is manned by Seneca, who serves hand crafted specials. I had the pastrami benedict special, perfectly poached eggs and no breaks in the hollandaise, with a good portion. Karaoke on Friday and Saturdays with a varying crowd.
Pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Went with my family on Sunday, there were 6 of us and our dog and we all had a great time. The service was great, especially considering it was just the bartender and chef and they crushed it. Food was really good confort bar food, we had the burger, poppers and quesodilla all delicious. If you're looking for a local bar/pub to hang out in definitely try McQueen's.
Delightfully surprised by this place. Visited today because it is within walking distance from my sister's house. For food we had the chicken quesadilla, mushrooms and swiss burger with fries and jalapeño poppers. Everything was better than expected except fries were OK. Service was friendly and very hard working. Atmosphere was friendly, lots of older gentlemen, but not in a creepy old men way. We will definitely be back.
