I visit Pfriem Milwaukie often and always have a great time! The food and drinks are delicious. Service is always friendly and fast. I visited at 4pm for the Happy Hour menu. $6.50 beers, $12 cocktails, and a good variety of small-bite food options. I ordered the $8 bratwurst plate, and $5 soup with baguette. Everything tasted great!

My son loves this place. I would call it just OK.
We have visited many times and every time has been great. We also worked with Olivia in planning a private event in their upstairs event space and she was absolutely wonderful. The space is gorgeous if you’re considering hosting an event here. We’ll be return customers for sure.

The crust is similar to focacia and delicious with the crispy cheese along the rectangular edges. Nice elselection of beer to choose from.
I had the fish and chips and was very pleasantly surprised. The fish was crispy and not greasy and the fries were amazing. The cole slaw was crunchy and tasty too.
Great salads and beer, very great staffs but so loud due to its' immense popularity. We order to go now most of the time or show up just when they open.

We have been at this restaurant location twice now and also had dinners at Hood River location. Very tasty food and fair prices for amount of food you get. Location is great, too. Special thanks to the waitresses. Both times we came on busy Friday nights and they were so calm, nice and patient. Will definitely come back again!

Ordered the pimento burger 5/21 and it was still raw. Also pimento cheese not evenly dispersed and ended up with a huge glob of cheese in one bite. Not impressed

I have eaten here twice now since they opened. It is a good option for a nice meal when guests are visiting. The atmosphere is a bit noisy, however. There are only a few vegan items on the menu but that’s more than a lot of places! Updated from previous review on 2026-05-22
Went here for the Mac and Cheese. I think it tastes better with the Bratwurst. When I went there was live music outside. Excellent Service, they made sure I was 100% happy with what I ordered.

Food options are limited and ethnically varied but not authentic or appetizing and looks bland.
The cocktails are more old fashioned and upscale.
Very much 40's hipsters vibe.

We finally had a chance to stop in today, and I'm so glad we did!. From the time we walked in, the service was excellent! We ordered a couple of beers. My husband ordered the Japanese lager, which was delicious, and I had the pilsner, also delicious. There isn't a Pfriem beer we don't enjoy. Then we ordered the nachos; honestly the BEST nachos we have ever had. Seriously. If you haven't stopped in, I highly recommend that you do.
