The pizza was severely underwhelming at this location compared to previous visits to other Pietros locations and the pizza took well over an hour to arrive. Our cousin ordered spaghetti off the menu and was told multiple times it was coming until finally everyone else was done eating and an employee came out to tell him they didn’t have any spaghetti.

Love the all you can eat salad bar. Consistently good place to stop late for a bite. Fun games and a laid back family style mess hall.

I have been a local customer for 30 years. I was beside myself with how RUDE the young man at the counter was. I wrote management a detailed email Sunday and today is Thursday with no response. I was hoping for at minimum an apology but I guess they have better things to do than earn my future business.

The young people behind the counter need to show more respect for their customers. I’ve been a customer of Pietro’s for over 40 years. Is really sad to see such decline of good business practices. If you want to keep good customers, you folks better up your game!

Everything was just... OK. Nothing made it stand out. Nothing special. We had the Italian grinder sandwich and a small Hulu Luola pizza. I would eat here if I were local but not as a must go to spot. I see this being the old-school spot for after a sports game, going as a team for a dinner, or even a younger kids birthday. I have nothing bad to say about the place. It's just middle of the road. You order at the counter and they bring the food as its ready so you may not get everything all at once. This concept i am very used to for a pizza spot. The staff were friendly. The arcade is small but its not a chuck e cheese. Definitely worth giving it a try for yourself

The pizza was as always amazing!!!!! so was the service!! This was our first time visiting the new location in milwaukie. We were definitely disappointed with the game room. We also didn't care for the layout of the tables as it felt more like a banquet room. I kind of miss the booth setup for seating as I don't remember seeing very many of them while we were there. Those things will not stop us from going as we love their pizza. And the service was great!!!

Great Service BUT only 4 stars because they cooked the pepperoni under the cheese & Pietro's has never cooked it like this before & didn't care for it because it wasn't crispy.

Update- I will always love Pietros (I have been eating it since I was a very small child) however the move to the new location, has somehow changed the pizza.
I'm not certain if it was an unlucky one off or a permanent situation. If you can fix it, you absolutely should though! Please tell me you are aware and actively working toward resolution!? It is so sad to experience such a local treasure devolve into a barely recognizable shadow of its former self.
Why would anyone purposely steal our perfect, light, crispy, bubbly, crunchy joy!?
Sadly, I do not want your doughy, chewy, subpar version. Even though I ordered well done/crispy, I received an undercooked, doughy, chewy, pie with no bubbles.
With my 24 hrs swinging back through town, out of all Portland restaurants, I chose you. Instead of reuniting me with a slice of my childhood, I was served disappointment and sadness.
Please know you are loved but I'm afraid you won't last long at your new location with your decreased quality and unauthentic pizzas. (I will pay $50 for a single pizza but not the current ones.)
- Original review- Back when the pizza was still the amazing OG: I love you! Especially your taco pizza. Please expand to Hawaii.
