The Manager Stephanie says her employees are her “slaves” . Never have I dealt with a corporation that lets people like this be in charge. It’s incredible. Avoid this Pizza Hut location . Didn’t know there was a pepperoni shortage ? only 18 slices…eh it was apart of a $28 deal package. Delivery guy was all aces and professional. And the best part…the stuff crust. Always on point.

This guy that’s obviously a manager of some sort is absolutely worthless, all this dude does is wheel around in a chair and boss people around. I walked in and he was sitting right at the register and just looked at me and looked in the back for another employee that had to come take my order. I said “you can’t take me order?” He says “no thats his job”. This is why customer service absolutely sucks nowadays and why this specific dude will be nothing more than a minimum wage worker. You don’t like your job? Well nobody is forcing you to work it, quit and move on. PizzaHut needs to can this dude asap. This has happened with this guys multiple times. And cool just left wide open that nobody chooses to close. Just disgusting attitudes.

I spent $35 on two pizzas and a drink. Went to pick it up and they had only made one of the pizzas. Staff couldn’t seem to read the receipt to see that I had two pizzas, and kept blaming it on the system. Will not be ordering from here again.

I have been here about 5 times in the past year. Every time, they get something wrong on the order. It's getting really annoying, because I have to stay extra for them to fix it. They really need to pay attention to the orders.
This store has the worst service. I waited for my order for over who's just to get the wrong one and then had to go to the restaurant to get my order that was so wrong!

Refused to honor coupons that were shown in their store and online. Took well over an hour to deliver the pizzas. Delivery driver vaping when I answered the door and literally blew it in my face.

I wanted the 3-topping, large pizza deal for $10.99. So, I called ahead and asked for pepperoni (1st topping), double pepperoni (2nd topping), & extra cheese (3rd topping). The worker stated that is not possible because cheese is already a topping... the math wasn't mathing! Because obviously, EXTRA cheese + DOUBLE pep = 3 toppings. So instead, I was charged $12.99 for the same exact three toppings I requested. We got the pizza and it hardly had pepperoni at all considering it was supposed to be DOUBLE. We asked for sides of marinara sauce and was told it was too close to closing so they didn't have it. (Of course they do, it's a pizza place!) She then said it was in the fridge but she wasn't willing to go get it and neither was the other guy working. Mind you, it was 12:20 and they weren't closing until 1am!!!! We asked her a third time to get the marinara and she said it'd be too much trouble "piping it out" from a bag.Dominoes is definitely way tastier, affordable, and actually honors the customer requests! I highly recommend driving past pizza hut & getting some GOOD service from dominoes! Just saying......
