Good old diner. Great burgers and fries
It's always good. The long coney with cheese is the best
I had the coney island foot long and it was great 👍
This place is great, it’s all cash to start with which for me is a good sign. The staff or nice and the pricing is incredibly fair for what you get the burgers are well flavored and big. The fries are always fresh and it all comes to you quickly. Definitely worth trying
Great food and prices
The people who work at Roake's are fantastic, they will remember you and basically know what you will be ordering. They are extremely nice and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh, and it's not a issue having to wait for the food because they cook to order. It's my burger go-to burger and hot dog fix whenever I fly to the mainland USA
We always stop by when we are in town. Why? Its a little bit of drive-in or drive-by history. Get the coney dog and milkshake for the full experience.

Roake's > any fast food. Significantly better quality for a comparable price
Employees are always attentive and friendly
I've been coming 1-2 times per week for a year now and never been disappointed

Mike's and 5 Guys may be enjoying more press in the spendy greasy-burger & shake boom, but Roake's delivers the better messy-delicious BURGAH for significantly less.
The food carts & local foodie gems have forgotten why they eclipsed franchises chow in PDX in the Portlandia 2010's. They were better AND cheaper than the Corporate bois. Exhibit A: Look at McMennamin's and Burgerville. Raising prices while dropping quality is not how you do it.

J. Freakin Christ, what a god damn good hot dog. Jennings Lodge doesn’t even know what hit ‘em. They’re lucky to have one of the best hot dog and fry combos in the whole dang PNW. Keep on rockin’ in the free world, Roake’s.

This place is the epitome of finding a unique place, not being sure you'd like it, and then being blown away. Presentation doesn't matter, it's all about the flavor, and they definitely succeeded. Definitely going back any time I'm in the area!

This place is so amazing & I been going there my whole life. I could eat those all day & every day. They just keep making them exactly the same & the service, people & everything about that place is special
Parking: The location is perfect & it's always easy to get parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's a good environment for kids also since it's not crazy at all there.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can definitely get to the window or inside by wheelchair, they made sure of that.
