Just visited Shari's in Milwalkie, and had excellent service from Kelsi. She was friendly and helpful. She didn't rush us but she took good care of us. Her service enhanced our lunch experience and because of that we will be returning soon.
The poor work staff is overworked because they don't have enough help for such a big place. They weren't able to keep up with anything because of this.

1st time coming here. My bf said the view is beautiful. The food was fine. I just have simple order. Eggs, pig, bread. The women 40s with tattoos waitress was robotic. But she did her job. I came back 2nd time. There was old man waiter and he was very friendly! positive! And caring. The opposite of the women lol. He gave great service! I got the same food. So I’ll be back but when the guy waiter is working. He was the 2nd best waiter ever. Thank you. My bf likes the guy waiter service.

Bree was our server tonight and was an absolute delight from the moment we walked in until we left - 6 stars! Positive, upbeat, friendly, and familiar even though we'd never been in. Food was exactly as ordered and it tasted great. Restaurant was clean and a blast from the early oughts past. Bree created a wonderful experience for us and she deserves to be recognized through a raise!

Over cooked chicken tenders. Had to get my own coffee refill, my meds was served 5+ minutes after my fiancée had his meal. Snippy waitress who gave me the Karen attitude when I told her what was wrong. She’s lucky she got $3 tip… she deserved zero

I can’t comment on the food as we arrived with a party of 7 and were told there was only one cook and he couldn’t handle our party size.They didn’t even ask us what we were there for, food, pie, etc. We went to another restaurant whew they were happy to take our business
