Super Tortas Estilo Hidalgo is a Mexican restaurant. The birria fries are super delicious, and the cilantro salsa with avocado is loved. The horchata was watery though. The super torta is $23 and so big that half is enough, with 4 kinds of meat and a couple kinds of cheese. This sandwich is amazing, highly recommend. The tacos and burritos are favorites, and the burritos are amazing and massive. The burritos are inexpensive and full of meat, with green onions that exploded with flavor, and the carnitas was crisp and perfectly done. The pork chops are worth double what is paid. The Mexican food is the best since San Diego, with insane portion sizes, flavorful, hot food cooked to order, and very friendly staff. The California burrito was massive and the carne asada tacos were perfect.
