Ultimately this is due to 2 employees First off I do not condone my husbands outburst, however, there were a group of younger people who were just staring him down so he yelled at them, the Wendy’s worker Roberto who was sitting by us decided to reprimand my husband is a not so pleasant way. To which my husband told him to mind his own business, the younger people left situation diffused. That is until Roberto chose to tell my husband he was lucky that Roberto was in his work uniform or he would take him outside! Sadly Roberto would not have been the victor in that situation had it occurred, but this threat caused the things to ramp up again, which caused another patron in the restaurant to feel a little froggy but he decided it was best for him to stay out of it. As we were leaving Roberto who was behind the counter by this time chose to make a gesture which again caused things to ramp up. And another customer thought he could put his 2 cents in but didn’t want to go farther. The manager then came out with the intent of pushing my husband with his hands And chest, but thought twice about it when told that was not something he wanted to do. My thought here is, what kind of workers do you hire that choose to cause situations to get out of control rather than calm them down. If they can’t be professional in a work place, obviously they need to work elsewhere. Oddly we frequent this Wendy’s 2-3x a week and have never had this experience. However the type of people that are now running this restaurant are the sole reason that bad things happen. Owners should rethink their choice in employees at this store.

Good service. This is a good location, the employees work hard.
This is the 5th time in less than a month that the evening manager has made me feel worthless, and like a problem. I roll in at 1145 and made feel bad cause I need to eat. I had to bed for someone else's help, and this gal woth glasses helped and was really nice. For the employer to co inue to employ this lady is downright discusting. To allow your customers to continue to be treated like garbage is so disgusting. I advise everyone in the area to never support this franchise until they make a change.

The older woman with the charming smile gets 100 stars. I love her. I want her schedule so I know when to visit ♡♡♡ She will always make my day. I want to hire her! Look out Wendy's lol! A very nice gentleman also does a good job but the young woman today did not and she also failed my order. I had to throw it out, boo hoo. I ordered Cesar's. I cant eat pomegranate or poppyseed. Ordered in the mobile app. Wendy's food is great!

6:30am Mon 24 store was sapost to open didn't open didn't even come outside explaining why store was not open on the time and no sighns to explain why they didn't open on time thanks
The tables were dirty when we went in but after I cleaned it, everything else was great. The food was good, the little sit down lounge was cute. Bathrooms were clean. I’d give it an A- (just the - for the dirty tables)

Don't go to wendy's for the father's day special it's not actually available says you have to order it in the app and then the app doesn't work cause u can't order a meal and get the bogo sandwich in a meal

Fries so cold and old they were stuck together and inedible. They had clearly been sitting in their box under a warmer for a long time. Chicken burger had no sauce and one sad piece of lettuce, no additional vegetables. Dry and gross. Not worth the price.
