Spend $36 on 3 people just before 10pm on a Saturday night. When we got home, we realized the fries were not fresh and luke warm and our burgers had no lettuce and were also not fresh. Luke warm, just like the fries. Like they were end of the night fries and patties..

Wouldn't know about the food ...the service or the atmosphere... Pulled up to the drive-thru window on my very heavy e-bike.. and was ignored... So I pulled up to the window which an employee came to and promptly told me.. that ..hey their lobby is open....!?!... Yeah if I had wanted to go into your lobby I would have... I pulled up to your drive-thru window for service.... Without having to remove everything from my e-bike and put all the locks on it.... yes I pulled up to the drive-thru window ...which all the other hamburger joints I go to have no problem serving me.... So yeah I just went down the street to the Burgerville.... Really sorry you didn't want my business...

Gave another chance and yet they failed again. Take these reviews to heart everybody. Ordered NO SALT again, only to receive both orders soggy, tiny portions, COVERED in Salt, clearly expired, and just an embarrassment to this company. The manager here needs to just do the customers a favor and quit, before the company realizes how trash they are and they're inevitably fired. They clearly can't manage a functional store and it's obvious. No straws for the drink, either. No fork for the potato. No napkins in the bag. Bag was not sealed. The order had 4 RANCH on it, I received 9 KETCHUP instead. Anyone else see a pattern of incompetence? They're just lazy and don't care at this location.

The individual that was taking my order was completely unfriendly. I ordered the fish sandwich cause a friend said it was delicious but not my fish sandwich; it was dry, not fresh and completely gross. Disappointed.
