Waited for a very long time for just two drinks, then, when my drink was finally done, it tasted like water, not the cold brew I ordered. I asked the barista if my drink even had coffee, and she gave me a look, with no reply! I told them to pull a shot and throw it in, and then, finally, it tasted somewhat normal! I will not return to this location!

Terrible service in this starbucks my boyfriend went in to order just one drink and the woman that was working there refused to make the drink when they were still opened 15 minutes before closing. Very disappointing for just one drink to make. Could of took not more than 5 minutes to make it. Very lazy staff. 15 minutes before closing is still considered opened and have to provide the service.
