Before it was very good right now and these last few times it's gone it's no longer useful they have some cashiers that you ask them for one thing and they give you another separately now the tacos are the worst I've ever eaten

I ordered a chili relleno burrito at the drive through then stopped at a park on the way home to eat it. The first bite had something that felt like a stick in my mouth. I took it out and cleaned the beans and cheese off to see what it was. I was horrified to find the end of a cotton q-tip swab. The burrito was also really greasy. I threw the burrito away, kept the q-tip and receipt and drove home disgusted. I'll never stop there again.

A great genuine Mexican food restaurant, I didn't full check what was going onto my tacos and when i saw something unexpected I tryed it and it is 10/10

Used to love this place. We come about once a week. Unfortunately the last few weeks have been a miss. Today the cheese in the cheese enchilada wasn't even melted.

The tacos at altitas are so delicious but unfortunately every time I would go they did my order wrong or forgot something on my order. My uncle as well loved Altitas too but same issue they always messed up his order so he stopped going as well. Nice people but our orders are never right.
