I ordered a 16 piece bucket of Chicken and 2 large Root Beers. 1 large Onion Ring and 1 large Fry in the Drive through lane. I was impressed by the guy in front of me with a White Chevy Tahoe because he paid for my food!! Thanks to the very nice guy!! This was July, 9 at 11am. I was impressed with the speedy service and friendliness The grounds and signs were very clean. When I got home we at a fraction of the giant meal but the food was so good!!! Just know that the staff here are AMAZING. They will do anything to get you the BEST possible deal and they will LOAD you up with fries and sauces. Trust me when I say this, my boy that works here (don’t know his name) is the ICON of Monmouth with no close competition other than James at the local Burgerville. I will be a repeat customer after their excellent customer service and deals that they made for me to save 30 cents and get fries! Way better than the local Carls Jr. and definitely the BEST fast food option in all of Monmouth, without a doubt in my mind!

Workers are lazy, and impatient, can't listen properly. But even then the food isn't really worth it, floors look like they need deck scrub afew times. I can go to Florence and have a better visit at their a&w than here. And I recommend Florence as they have a bigger menu friendly workers, nicer environment.

Straight up delicious. I love that you can order KFC and A&W in the same drive thru. The coney island hotdogs were good, the big box chicken sandwich and the double spicy papa burger was exactly what a long drive needed. All the food was very fresh and cooked to perfection. I will comeback for that comeback sauce 👏🍔🐓🍗

We sat in the drive through for a hour with three cars in front of us then when we got to the window they left us at the window for 30 minutes with our ice cream sitting there inside melting
Came in for a burger and fries today and we decided to go in to order. It took 22 minutes for them to make our burgers, the restaurant and prep area was filthy and the manager had an attitude when I brought my burger in because it was wrong. I don’t typically complain about customer service but my interaction with the manager, the messy kitchen and the wrong food on top of the long wait was just too much. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, staff was just standing around chatting. Do betterI also just want to mention that I’ve been to this A&W a lot and I’ve never seen it like this. The female manager on shift needs to learn some manners. Never been treated so poorly by a fast food restaurant.

I ordered the Tuesday Papa Burger, Fries, drink special
I said no onions and the cashier repeated it. I arrived at the window, paid for my meal, and asked for some dipping sauce.
A few minutes later a different person came to the cashier window and handed me my food. I checked and there were no sauces, I asked again and was handed 6 packets of dipping sauce and 6 bags of ketchup. I drove away, hurriedly pulled into a parking spot, and dove into my burger bag.
I opened the burger and I was shocked. The bun was flattened, and the cheese was squeezed all over the wrapper. The biggest portion of condiments besides the dipping sauce was the huge onions wall-to-wall in my burger. I get that its fast food and the bar is set pretty low. I get that its probably not as challenging a job as say police work but remember , I have a choice of which fast food location I and my family eat.
If I were the owner of this established. all-American, fast food store, located in Monmouth Oregon, I would stop in for lunch one day soon and see for yourself. I for one will not partake any time soon and I don't expect A & W will notice I'm gone but the restaurant I and my family will be trying will notice.
