Came in for a burger and fries today and we decided to go in to order. It took 22 minutes for them to make our burgers, the restaurant and prep area was filthy and the manager had an attitude when I brought my burger in because it was wrong. I don’t typically complain about customer service but my interaction with the manager, the messy kitchen and the wrong food on top of the long wait was just too much. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, staff was just standing around chatting. Do betterI also just want to mention that I’ve been to this A&W a lot and I’ve never seen it like this. The female manager on shift needs to learn some manners. Never been treated so poorly by a fast food restaurant.

I ordered the Tuesday Papa Burger, Fries, drink special
I said no onions and the cashier repeated it. I arrived at the window, paid for my meal, and asked for some dipping sauce.
A few minutes later a different person came to the cashier window and handed me my food. I checked and there were no sauces, I asked again and was handed 6 packets of dipping sauce and 6 bags of ketchup. I drove away, hurriedly pulled into a parking spot, and dove into my burger bag.
I opened the burger and I was shocked. The bun was flattened, and the cheese was squeezed all over the wrapper. The biggest portion of condiments besides the dipping sauce was the huge onions wall-to-wall in my burger. I get that its fast food and the bar is set pretty low. I get that its probably not as challenging a job as say police work but remember , I have a choice of which fast food location I and my family eat.
If I were the owner of this established. all-American, fast food store, located in Monmouth Oregon, I would stop in for lunch one day soon and see for yourself. I for one will not partake any time soon and I don't expect A & W will notice I'm gone but the restaurant I and my family will be trying will notice.

Do not order anything from them . I went to their restaurant and ordered two A&W burgers,thinking they would be freshly made they weren't. As I sat in the lobby not once did they put my order on the flat top. Instead they took two burgers that they said were cooked 10 minutes ago and throw them in the microwave to melt the cheese. I said I didn't want them because they're not fresh. And the(i guess) manager argued with me about it.i told her to refund the money because I would not take the order, and she proceeded to tell me not to come back. Being a 12 yr. Veteran.i feel i should be treated with a little more respect. Needless to say I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I'm going to call the owner to get response to this problem.

My son pulled into drive thru to get a Root Beer float. The person at the counter told him they would get to him when they would get to him. After waiting about 5 minutes he out of frustration he said "come on man". The person working at the counter told him he could leave and they did not have to wait on him adding that they could make him wait 30 minutes if they want to. My son drove off in frustration, avoiding a confrontation it's not in personality. The next day I went in to express my disbelief in the customer service and asked to speak to the manager. The manager immediately became confrontational and questioned my son's honesty. I told him that my son would not lie about such a thing. The manager said he had video on the incident and would show it to me. When I said I wanted to see it, he said it wouldn't be available for 2 weeks. I then requested the name and contact info for the manager which he only gave me a first name of Tom. I was then told that my son and I could never come into the business again. These employees need to be retrained on customer service and I someone blurts out "come on man" and they considered it rude they need to put on their big boy pants and suck it up. He doesn't have worry about me or my family eating at the dive in the future and I will pass my experience onto all my friends and family.

Piss poor quality of food after waiting for over 30 mins after being trapped in the drive through. Food went straight in the trash can, because it was so stale it was not edible. Save your time and your money and hit burgerville across the street, where the food is actually edible.

Ordered a foot long chili dog and took it with me. I literally could NOT eat it. It was so tough that the super flimsy silverware would not cut through it without breaking. I actually had to throw it away. How do you eat a dog that is completely soaked with chili without silverware? It was cold when I got it anyway, so the dog was no great loss. Except for the $$.

I wish that I could have said that we have eaten here, however, we came here for a root beer floats, because it is an A&W Kentucky fried chicken combo restaurant. They had no soda at all to make root beer floats, or any other soda because they were out of CO2. The doors going in we're filthy dirty and my husband asked to use the restroom and he said it was disgusting. Upon him returning to the dining room. We agreed that we would leave without ordering because of the condition of the restaurant. We feel that cleanliness should be the top priority for customers. We have eaten here before and a bit of Barry please so we're sorry we have to give a very poor review.

The food was cold here, more expensive and I don't know how they're not embarrassed to hand out these "regular" (vs. mini") sized polar swirls for $5!?! Dairy queen is cheaper and better! Also not super happy that when we came through and ordered not only a polar swirl, but chili cheese fries... .NO ONE TOLD US UNTIL WE PAID that they were OUT OF FORKS AND SPOONS?! ARE YOU SERIOUS! There's a bimart next door, walk your butt over there and get some plastic utensils. Freaking ridiculous. We had to wait to eat our food until later when utensils were available and by then the fries were cold and the swirl was melted. Very slow service. Even inside the restaurant, they take a customer's order and complete it before even talking to the next customer, which means that if you're not the only person in the restaurant you're going to be waiting. The food is decent, but nowhere near worth what they charge for it. I hadn't been to an A&W for a while before this trip, and I won't be at another one anytime soon.

Nope not a good place to eatJust not even 15 minutes ago I order a cheeseburger combo and it comes with cold soggy and stuck together and look liked sum had been chewed up and then my cheeseburgerHas no ketchup or mustard has three pickles and I patty with black stuff all over itNot to mention last time I went here i I got a crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo like cmon guys yall can make better food than that.
