Nobody in front of us or behind us in the drive thru---they made us pull around and wait with a number for just one burger & fry meal ! Seemed a bit ridiculous đ

The burgers here are phenomenal, I recommend the bacon double cheeseburger I add xtra pickles and grilled onions I keep the regular onion as well. I love their strawberry lemonade trust me you wonât experience another strawberry lemonade anywhere else. My husband and daughter love their strawberry shakes. They have these new string fries and those are really flavorful if you enjoy garlic youâre in for a treat.

I love Burgerville food, but the prices keep raising and the food size gets smaller. I was so excited to get rosemary fries and then when I got them, discovered them in a skinny cut and there was hardly any rosemary on them. The cranberry brie bacon burger was amazing though!

Not really a comment on this location specifically. But it is about what this BV location is forced to sell to customers. So, please, read on.
I regularly take a group of 5-10 people to this location once or twice a year after a business trip. Generally, I donât partake. It isnât that I donât like a good burger or some fries. Itâs just that, after a long weekend of work, the last thing I want is a gut bomb. This time, however, I decided to give it a try, albeit for something that is not really a BV-focused item: a wonton salad (see picture of the menu item as displayed on the website).
What a disappointment. For starters, you could call the online menu photo âgenerousâ at best and âdeceptiveâ at worst. It doesnât end there. What you are paying for is a pre-packaged salad kit (see additional picture). But the kit is only 4 oz. It is sold to them by Pacific Coast Farms, a wholesaler who also sells bagged salads from companies like Taylor Fresh that you find at a local supermarket. It was also less than a day from its âuse byâ date. The icing on top of this first-time experience? They charged more than $8.00 for this salad!
Did it taste fine? Sure, it was fine. But it was less than ½ the normal size of other bagged salads that Pacific Coast Farms sells to supermarkets . . . that cost ½ the price. And if this is meant to be a local play for BV, I have some questions. Where was this packaged? When was it packaged? The only thing clearly local about this was the wholesaler that supplied BV.
And, sure, other fast-food chains that sell salads often take them out of bags, add some extra things (you can get this for more money with crispy chicken on top . . . no thanks), and then charge a mark-up. Thatâs the business. But this was such an overpriced example of a lack of effort that I would just say: if this isnât your wheelhouse, donât sell it to customers.
The rest of the group, as per normal, loved their fries, their burgers, their chicken, their soft drinks, etc. But you failed to make a new customer. Moreover, you actually led me to conclude that other customers who complain that items that are in your wheelhouse are overpriced arenât exaggerating. Thing is, my receipt wasnât lying either: all told, for my overpriced salad and the items for the other people in my party, I paid over $90 (after tip).
Again, if you canât do better catering to a person who wants a salad, just donât offer it.
PS: If the âownerâ is going to respond with the usual âwe take blah blah blah seriously and will discuss it internally,â just avoid commenting. It comes off as blasĂŠ and inauthentic . . . especially for a company that likes to hype its local and fresh cred.

Stopped for a strawberry shake!
It has food
Good food good customer services lot of flys flying around in the lobby
The food here is good. If you need somewhere with the drive-through, they are definitely better than McDonald's or Burger King.
Except for the staff.
I think that Burgerville got weird during Covid and never recovered.
Checking out/paying for your food is such a weird vibe where they point the card reader thing at you through the window and try to hold it still while you wrangle it yourself.
Every time I go here, I think that the food would be good probably makes up for the weird vibe. But to be honest, I go back-and-forth. Maybe the relaxed people at McDonald's would've been a better experience.
