Friendly staff, but unfortunately was very underwhelmed with the food and service. Very pricey for what you get. I’m just very surprised with how highly rated this establishment is. Our experience was quite the opposite. I don’t know if maybe it was the time of day (Saturday at dinner time) or the staff or whoever was running the kitchen, but we were quite disappointed.

The bruschetta was great. The shrimp scampi, delicious. The shrimp was cooked just right. The service was wonderful and Hazel's has a good wine list. My wife and I plan on returning!

Everything was spot on. Amazing space, perfection 👌 on the service and THE FOOD! OMG! It was so good. We had the oysters, beet salad, chicken picata and shrimp scampi....All to die for. Come and check it out, you will not be disappointed

We just had a birthday celebration with 10 of our friends. The waitress , Rae did an absolute job of serving us. She accidentally spilled a plate of pasta on me, and apologized over and over, She gave me a dinner certificate which she didnt have too and cleaned everything up. She has a beautiful and charming attitude. She can spill pasta on me anytime.. it was a wonderful evening and we will be returning soon , maybe with a waterproof pants . Thank you Rae for all your work!!!

Apparently the burgers are very good, according to my mom. I personally got the chicken marsala which I was very excited about but it was so salty, I've never had a sauce that was so salty. The chicken itself was cooked very well. The crispy brussel sprouts was unfortunately very salty too. My husband got the shrimp scampi and it wasn't anything amazing. My recommendation to the owner/chef is to chill off the salt. If you're eating a meal it shouldn't be the only thing you taste.

A wonderful treasure in downtown Monmouth! Lovely charcuterie board and salads, and a great selection of wines, beers, ciders, and cocktails! And the atmosphere is lovely!

My mom and I stumbled upon Hazel's on Main after a long day out and about. I ordered a glass of red wine (recommended to go with mom's beef dinner) and it was outstanding. The gourmet burger was exceptional and the wait staff was very attentive and charming. We look forward to many more meals there in the future. It's only 20 minutes from North Corvallis where we live. Thank you so much for a lovely time.
We had never been to Hazel's as we are fairly new to the area. But tonight we had family visiting from Roseburg so we decided to give it a try.. we were not disappointed ! Our server, Rae was wonderful! We each tried something different from the menu and were all very pleased with our appetizers, meals, our wine and dessert! We will for sure be going back and recommending Hazel's on main! Thank you for a great evening!

I really wanted to love this place! Monmouth needs an exceptional restaurant. But Hazels did not meet expectations - although the atmosphere was wonderful and the staff friendly and professional. The actual food took a very long time, was very very salty and overly complex in its flavors - and for the price the presentation was unimpressive. The menu offerings are limited and each should be perfection but they were not. My companion was equally disappointed with her meal.

We arrived at 7 and had our drink orders taken and filled timely. We ordered food at approximately 7:20. The owner visited repeatedly with other customers while time passed but did say our food would be delayed . All food ordered had either chicken or shrimp. At 8:45 we were told the chef " couldn't do it" and informed us they were out of pork, which I have no idea what that had to do with anything. We were also told they were busy ( there were empty tables) . They did comp our drinks but at almost 9, as we were leaving they , suggested Subway. Really????
