Riding motorcycle through town on 90F degree day. Thought I’d cool off and grab lunch. Bad idea, AC wasn’t working and I ended up with a lap full of lettuce as they used shredded lettuce on my burger. Really? Employees didn’t seen very happy either, the only positive thing is they said the AC was working for them in the back of the restaurant. All grill and no chill here

Arrived 5/7/25, not busy. Ordered the $7 meal for my son, they assumed it was chicken, we corrected them, mom got a double and small shake, I just got a cheese burger. The person was not friendly and kept interrupting while we were discussing what we wanted to eat. I finally had to close our window. Got our food and ate on the way home (not Monmouth). My son started on his sundae and asked me to pull over. There was a thin, light colored hair in his ice cream. It wasn’t...

Ate inside with 4 adults & 2 little kids. Fries didn't seem fresh. Great food and desert choices! Old fashioned hamburgers-love em, and shakes, among other items! (I often have the chicken strips basket, which I love!) Most service attention given to drive-thru. Inappropriate music playing...nerve wracking & we had children with us. This DQ needs more comfort & enjoyment for all customers. All things considered, I'd come back for the food any day, any time!...
