I ordered 2 pizzas with light sauce 2 toppings. They forgot the cheese and they are over cooked!

I ordered 2 pizzas. When we got them home, I realized one of my pizzas was not fully cooked. It was doughy in the middle of the pizza. When I took the Pizza back, the store was closing , and they told us we could bring it back the next day to get a refund. However, the next day was Christmas Day so I went in a few days after that and they couldn't refund my money because they couldn't find the receipt in the system. So they just remade the pizzas for me. I appreciate that the manager remade my pizzas, However; I was told I could get a refund so that was disappointing.

Ordered pizza, and got a notification that it was done extremely faster than it should have been. I called to confirm it was actually ready and they said yes.

I drive over to get it and they don’t have it, except another lady walks in with my order that they accidentally gave her and she took home and then brought back, and they took it from her and handed it to me and were like, “oh here you go, enjoy!”

I’m like, “yeahhhh, I’m not eating that when it’s been to someone’s house, and looks like it’s been messed with. You’re going to remake that.”

The staff replies “Are you sure you can’t just take it?”

I replied back, “Ummm, yeah? Also pretty positive you’re not allowed to do that.”

This is not the first time this has happened and I’m not the only one it’s happened to. This is disturbing and disgusting health practices. I will never order from a place that doesn’t care about my safety. I recommend not eating here, not to mention New York Squares has way better pizza, customer service and takes the safety of my food seriously!

If I could give zero stars, I would. After moving into a new home, working all day on two hours of sleep, and being tired and hangry: we decided to order some dominoes pizza. I placed my order via the app at approximately 5:30 pm with an estimated delivery time of 44-58 minutes. It’s been raining and some of the roads were closed off so that was highly understandable. At 7:38 pm, my husband decided to call just to check on the status of our order as our child was hungry and growing increasing impatient. My husband very kindly inquired about the status of our order to which a gentleman had cut him off stating, “We’re working on it”, then proceeded to hang up. This was the first time we have ordered from this Dominoes and were appalled as we haven’t had any issues with the chain before. I called back, requested to speak with a manager. My response, “I am a manager.” I thanked him and voiced my concerns. His name was Stephen and despite being irritated from being tired, hungry, and just plain frustrated: I did not project that onto the manager— it wasn’t his fault. He did apologize however it was, “I’m sorry, I’ll deal with that.” Then proceeded to state that he just literally got there after a 6 hour long drive from Seattle. There wasn’t any attempt to rectify the situation. We cancelled the order. We will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order, they cancelled it without notifying me of WHY, this has happened on multiple occasions. I’ve had to go pick up my pizza before after waiting over two hours for delivery. I’ve tried many times to give them a chance, but it seems poorly ran or low staffed since I can’t even order a pizza on a Tuesday night at 6pm 😢

not sure what happened to this store, used to be awesome but the last 3 orders have been awful. most recent food was cold and order was wrong, 6 blocks away only for the driver to go way to the other side of town to make another delivery before mine

They canceled my order without informing me at all that it was canceled. I only found out after I got there to pick up. Said they were out of EVERYTHING we ordered. Two medium pizzas, bread bites and an Alfredo bowl. Staff did not seem to know what was going on quite frankly. Completely disappointed in this location.

Just had pizza from there on the first day opening. Best Dominoes I've had in a longtime. Plenty of toppings, sauce to the edge and arrived piping hot.

We didn't get our pizza till 6:40pm. We ordered at 5:00PM. They started quality check at 5:30PM. Needless to say our pizza was cold and it shouldn't take almost 2 hours for our order. Especially for one pizza.

Terrible experience. Even more terrible food poisoning. My family and I ordered pineapple chicken, Italian sandwich, Philly sandwich, and jalapeño bread. Within 20 minutes my wife was throwing up. I began throwing up an hour later. Together we have thrown up 12 times throughout the night. Crazy diarrhea for both of us. This was the only thing we ate yesterday. It gave us the worst food poisoning I have ever had to go through. And to top it all off. My 3 three year old, who only had the pineapple chicken, was covered in throw up as well this morning. Disgusting dominoes. Will never go back. Thanks for poisoning my family.

Order some sandwiches for my kids to eat. And they were burnt to a crisp. No, meat pizzas were good. Usually good service called to complain to the manager was hung up on and recalled and told that they were not going to redo them unless they see them.I was not able to drive to the store.That is why I got takeout.And delivery, very disappointed, look at pictures
