This store has very nice delivery drivers who are very nice. Even when I can't afford to give them a tip. I don't know if it is an internet thing or a shop thing, but this Domino's is notorious for skimping out on toppings, not adding certain toppings, or putting them on a certain half of the pizza and not the other. Their pizzas are always undercooked. I order online, I have to order well done. However, I do that for 2 reasons 1. I like it's a little bit well done. Not burnt, but crispy. And 2 . Because otherwise it's always undercooked. So i can always tell when they don't see the area where it says Well done. I get the same thing every time. I also ask for lite marinara sauce and that doesn't happen. I think they just need to pay better attention to the online order specifics. Especially if I'm paying for extra toppings and not getting them.

I went to pick up my pizza from Domino’s and immediately regretted it. The service was straight-up garbage. No greeting, no courtesy — just a half-interested employee who tossed the box at me like they were doing me a favor.
Then I get home and open the box… and wow. The pizza looked like it had lost a fight on the way out of the oven. Barely any cheese, crust dried out, toppings scattered like someone made it blindfolded. This wasn’t just bad — it was lazy. It looked like someone made it in a hurry and didn’t care at all about quality.
If I wanted dry bread with sauce and a sprinkle of disappointment, I could’ve made that myself for free. Domino’s, if you can’t even get a basic pizza right, what’s the point?
Won’t be going back.

The downtown Monmouth Domino's pizza shop provided excellent customer service when I picked up the 2 pizzas with two toppings special for 14 dollars last night.

We are about 2 blocks away, our food took over 40 minutes to arrive. The driver delivered to customers in a different city before bringing our order to us, when they showed up the boxes were destroyed and half of our food was smashed and barely over room temperature.

When I arrived to pick up my order they handed it to someone else so I had to wait for another 20 mins for my order. I was offered a small pizza that I didn't choose. Once I arrive home I open the boxes and see that one entire large pizza is burnt to a crisp and two of them had different crusts than what I ordered. I had to feed 10 kids for a sleepover.
Every Thursday or Friday, I get this for my family. So good, love getting it and my family had started to make it a tradition that we start getting pizza every Friday.

This place has gone downhill over the last several months. The deliveries have been extremely late and the pizzas are undercooked after requesting well done due to this very reason. I feel bad for the staff.

They need to change. Hire more people and manage better. If I am going to splurge and spend 60 bucks for food, I expect better. I ordered my food at around 5:25pm I got my food at 7pm! My pizza was lukewarm and my order was missing my wings. If I pay that much I at least expect hot food and what I ordered. I even called and talked with them/manager. They said they are understaffed but that is not the customers issue that’s on dominos and manager. If you’re understaffed I get it but don’t give me an original estimate of 30-40 minutes and it ends up being an 1.5 hour! Don’t think I will be coming back soon.
