I was very disappointed that the tomatoes were not fresh. The store person said they are fresh and not stewed. He also said they are fresh but stored in juice. We'll the juice must stew the tomatoes, because someone had to of done it. They looked and tasted like stewed. When ordering they should say, tomatoes are not cut fresh, but stored in juice giving them the appearance that they have been stewed. When I called to speak to someone, he didn't offer to remake my food. I spent over $30 and had to pick them off. Lesson learned. From here forward I will check before I order to ensure they are fresh cut.

Terrible !!! Ordered 2 pizzas and lava cakes, 1 pizza was over cooked/ burned , both pizzas were not sliced all the way thru so I had to get my own pizza cutter out and slice . They did not give me my dipping sauce I paid for and the lava cakes were under cooked , had to bake them when I got home . Also when I went to pick up the pizza they had their music blasting inside very loudly and zero customer service. Definitely will not return here.

On Sept. 4, 2025, in the afternoon I ordered two pizzas and garlic puffs and oh my gosh they were to die for! Best pizzas I've ever had! So delicious. I understood from the woman that delivered them that she has a new manager. Thank you so very much to the new manager! And thank you to the woman that delivered them as well. She has delivered to me many times and I always appreciate her service. It's the best!

This dominos location is hit or miss honestly. Sometimes you get what you ordered and sometimes it’s a total fail. I much prefer the Dallas Location over this one. They aren’t very good at cutting the pizza and I’ve gotten undercooked pizza more times than I’d like to admit. Also I always check to make sure my Pasta is actually what I ordered before leaving as I’ve gotten the buffalo Mack (my favorite) and a few times it’s been just plain with no sauce haha 😂

It be nice if they had a public restroom for the littles at least since we had to wait 20 minutes for the pizza. They're expensive I spent $30 for one pizza & a 2 liter I mise well go to one of the pizza parlors for that amount, but good pizza.

I understand being busy but it took almost an hour for me to get food, only one employee was actually doing anything the girl boxing up the orders just stood around and didn’t even acknowledge or greet people coming inside, she was constantly on her phone and would just walk slow as a sloth around pretending to do anything. Chris to the person busting there butt making all the orders by themselves and still greeting people. I wish they had name tags on so I could name them but unfortunately no one did.

This store has very nice delivery drivers who are very nice. Even when I can't afford to give them a tip. I don't know if it is an internet thing or a shop thing, but this Domino's is notorious for skimping out on toppings, not adding certain toppings, or putting them on a certain half of the pizza and not the other. Their pizzas are always undercooked. I order online, I have to order well done. However, I do that for 2 reasons 1. I like it's a little bit well done. Not burnt, but crispy. And 2 . Because otherwise it's always undercooked. So i can always tell when they don't see the area where it says Well done. I get the same thing every time. I also ask for lite marinara sauce and that doesn't happen. I think they just need to pay better attention to the online order specifics. Especially if I'm paying for extra toppings and not getting them.

THENOTORIOUS DRIP
I went to pick up my pizza from Domino’s and immediately regretted it. The service was straight-up garbage. No greeting, no courtesy — just a half-interested employee who tossed the box at me like they were doing me a favor.
Then I get home and open the box… and wow. The pizza looked like it had lost a fight on the way out of the oven. Barely any cheese, crust dried out, toppings scattered like someone made it blindfolded. This wasn’t just bad — it was lazy. It looked like someone made it in a hurry and didn’t care at all about quality.
If I wanted dry bread with sauce and a sprinkle of disappointment, I could’ve made that myself for free. Domino’s, if you can’t even get a basic pizza right, what’s the point?
Won’t be going back.

The downtown Monmouth Domino's pizza shop provided excellent customer service when I picked up the 2 pizzas with two toppings special for 14 dollars last night.

We are about 2 blocks away, our food took over 40 minutes to arrive. The driver delivered to customers in a different city before bringing our order to us, when they showed up the boxes were destroyed and half of our food was smashed and barely over room temperature.
