Came in to pick up an order we placed a day ahead for new years. They were way behind with someone brand new working. The lady working the counter was very professional and apologetic and moved my order up. But this place needs better management.

I came into little ceasers monmouth location around a week ago to get some pizza because i needed to cheer myself up from a stressful work day. i come into the store to order and i changed my mind about an item i wanted to buy due to prices going up. the employee gave me a really mean unwelcoming look and proceeded to go in the back and talk smack about me changing which items i wanted to order. she was very mean and i heard everything she said. she has tattoos and brown hair. horrible experience here and she was very unprofessional. Im probably never coming back to this location

Customer service was shit! And the fact they told me 15 minutes for 3 crazy bread and 4 pizzas I watched them land 2 of my pizzas and crazy bread and an hour in a half later make my other 2 and then try and give me the expired ones out the box. They have dead flies on the walls with shoe prints around them in the lobby. Worst store i have seen!

Called to put in an order and get sent to call center and put on hold for 10 minutes. They are leaving s stacks of pizza on the counter for more than 45 minutes. Touching the garbage can and not washing there hands then touching ready to eat food. Shit service. Two employees and no manager.

I like little Caesars pizza however I do not recommend arriving at open. Nothing is really (i thought maybe they started a little earlier to have hot and ready pizzas ready) and the prices have definitely increased over what I remember. All in all it was a decent visit and the service was fine

We ordered two large Pepperoni pizzas, I know that it is unfortunately very common for little Caesar’s to take an already made pizza, heat it up, and serve it to a customer as if it is is “fresh” but this is a not freshly made nearly burnt pizza AND as soon as I opened the box I could immediately tell that these slices came from different boxes. The pepperonis don’t line up, the slices are all different sizes, and the way that it’s cut doesn’t even line up. How do you explain this? It’s a really bad look considering this was a big controversy with pizza places reusing pizza slices a few years ago. We won’t be ordering from this location again.
I Ordered a well done pep, mushroom and olive. I recieved a regular pep with a sprinkle of mushroom. I don't expect much from a Little Caesars but this is a little silly considering it was an extra $6 for the mushroom and olive.
