Main Street Ice Cream Parlor

Saw their advertisement for frozen treats for pups and just had to stop in and get one for my Black Russian Terrier to try.

They had two types of frozen pup treats. A peanutbutter topped one in a bone shape and a paw print one, I believe, was sweet potato. Since they were only 50 cents each, I splurged and ended up buying one of each.

I'm glad I did because my boy Karma really liked them! I was a little surprised, though, that he took them to his bed and chose to lick them for a bit before eating them. Guess he just wanted to savor them for as long as possible.

We love this place! Total ice cream parlor vive. Their portions are very generous, the staff is amazing and they have game boards!! If you haven’t visited already this place is a must!

They were open after the 3rd of July evening concert ~19:30. Good selection, liked the mango sorbet. Several selections ranging from classic cherries jubilee to the neon-colored cotton candy flavored ice cream. Waffle cones are the right size and optimal texture which is not easy to find. Friendly staff. Feels like a village ice cream shop, although not much space to eat inside. Take your ice cream across the street to the park and enjoy it there.

Highest Selection in town for scoop ice. All of the other places are down to a single or half bank of flavors. It can be cramped when it gets full on summer days. They staff as best they can but they can only go so fast.

Fantastic ice cream, good prices, and friendly workers. The only problem is that they frequently close before their scheduled hours. At least 4 times in the last 2 weeks we've gone to get late night ice cream (around 7:30) and found it closed! Super dissapointing.
