I went here yesterday to have dinner with my boyfriend, and thought to try Thai food in a new area, so we went here to stop by and try some food. First thing, the atmosphere was okay but very empty which we really didn’t care about but felt a little weird. The service was okay but not what I expected, I asked what kind of meats they had and they just told me to look at the menu-as a server I’d expect them to at least know the kind of proteins they have and to not be so monotoned about it. Restaurants are mainly about customer service, and the server seemed annoyed and bothered, which makes the “dine in” experience tone down A LOT. my boyfriend had to use the restroom and sent me a picture of what it looked like, to use the restroom you have to put toilet paper in a TRASHCAN. If you want to open a restaurant, at least have a working toilet and not be unsanitary and make customers throw it in a trash can.(at least there were two separate ones) lastly when we got the food, I ordered see ew. It tasted okay, the chicken tasted like chicken and was kindve bland, the noodles were grey colored and did not look appetizing, all the food was seasoned but obviously did not look right. (I’ve had see ew before and it does not look like that.) Overall would not go here again as a “small little date night”if the menu states at the bottom, “NO REFUND, NO TURN, NO TALK” If you want good authentic foods, make sure they aren’t using pictures from google because they do not look the same in real person.

I've been coming to Mink's for over a year now and have always had delicious food and amazing service. They have fair prices for the food portions and their food always reminds me of home. Today I stopped by for some soup and it was the best Tom Kha I've ever had! Thank you!

Yummy food and good service. Pretty small and simple but a good vibe.
As someone who does not eat to live but instead I live to eat, I will say if you are a local and you haven't gone--ORDER NOW! The food was top notch! I can't imagine they have high profit margins because they are using high quality ingredients. They used King Oyster Mushrooms in their Tom Kha soup! Above expectations for sure! If you like a place with more than FAIR PRICES, HIGH QUALITY ingredients, DELICIOUS food, GOOD PORTIONS, and QUICK service--then run don't walk to order at this little local family owned joint.Also--it is not at all too spicy. The food was complex, rich in flavor, and well balanced, but not at all spicy. If you do like it spicy, they will accommodate and add some heat to your meal. But don't be put off by the fact that Thai food tends to be spicy. They keep the richness of the Thai cuisine but cater to the American spice tolerance. Needless to say--ask for it spicy if you want it that way! They will say yes and make it just right for your capsaisin preference!HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you are a local--there is no reason why you shouldn't try this spot!

Great spot for a meal. I typically order to go. Spring rolls have fresh veggies and peanut sauce is amazing. I love to order Thai tea here if I'm not hungry or the various snacks they have at the counter as well. Nice family.

Good service and food
Food is delicious, and for a really reasonable price. Service is fast and courteous. It's really easy to get a good selection of vegan dishes. I like the atmosphere-authentic like ?.
Vegetarian options: Easy to make most of the dishes vegan.

Delicious food and great service. Really like the fresh flavors of the curry and pad thai dishes.
Have eaten Thai food all over, their food was excellent!!!
I was really looking forward to eating here because the food is flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately the chef does not listen anymore when you ask for lower spice level. I asked for a 2/5 - normally I ask for 3/5 - and my food is inedible due to the spice. I can't risk going here again and wasting money on food I can't eat.

Service wasn’t great and $16.70 for 5 pieces of shrimp and noodles is a little much in my opinion.
Absolutely first class Thai food the only drawback was the atmosphere just kind of simple. But the food oh my it was good.
Food was just okay, wasn't very tasty. Asked for very mild for the penang curry and it was very spicy.
Wonderful food!!
