They never get the strawberry acai right. Its either strong in taste or weak just water. I ask for it to be fixed..but got alot of flack that we measure our product and i get it. So they give me a big glass of strawberry acai and thats it. No re make of it. Ask the girl if she thought This situation was funny because after I explained my drink.She started laughing and making fun of me. I called her on it and she said I don't like the way you're talking to me... I was just trying to stand up for myself. Felt like I was dealing with a bully.. I said just give me a little extra base and leave. Don't get me wrong.I've had lots of good drinks there and better behavior from your other employees. It takes one bad apple to ruin the whole bunch. The low score is directly due to her.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The only reason for less stars is the app doesn't really allow you to customize your orders 😕

Over charges compared to any other Starbucks. I get the same drink everywhere and this store charged me way more than I've ever paid. When I asked why I was dismissed. Total bullshit

Everytime I go there the employees are tired that's reasonable. but not saying a word or putting any effort to be friendly isn't. I'd rather go to duchbros and people of this starbucks I feel bad for them they are probably being over worked
Went to return a personal cup purchase. It was quick, easy, and hassle-free. Thank you. (Sadly, I would rather have kept the tumbler, but, alas, it was defective.)

As always, they are incredibly friendly to me and my dog.
I bought a coffee a bit after 7 pm and the girl who took my order seemed rude, short and slow. She had not cleared her screen and with the previous order and was trying to already trying to take my order. When I asked for my order and let her know I wanted whipped cream she responded sarcastically that coffee comes with whipped cream I was confused since all other Starbucks always ask me if I want whipped cream. I was not going to complain but I was just going to see if they would remake it. I showed up a bit after 7:35 the girls kept walking by when I was at the window laughing and rolling their eyes acting like they didn't see me. They kept walking back and forth finally I parked in the front and I asked for the managers phone number then she wrote a sticky to go thru the drive thru just to tell me they were closed and they couldn't open the window or doors. She made go around acting like she was going to help then didn't want to give me the Manager's phone number. Worst customer service and coffee ever.

They make coffee wrong just about everytime. It’s bizarre. Wont be going back.
