Always gets your order wrong, usually has horrible costumer service, never labels anything so you have to open your burritos up to see which one is which. This time I didn't get a receipt so I can't do anything about my order being wrong. They also didn't answer the phone?? What kind of fast food place doesn't answer the phone??

Takes forever and a half to get orders out when you go inside. The entire drive thru will be cleared before they even think about helping someone inside. Literally been waiting 20 minutes for an order that was placed before I got here

It seems they dont know how to put the items together properly or skimp on the fillings. Honestly its the later it gets the crappier the food is made ..... get it together people. Cuz why is it i can go to another location and the food is beautifully put together.

Try to get food around 12.52am just like 8 minutes till they close and they refused to serve me. That's maybe the worst service ever, they could of told me that they were out of meat or chicken something else but refusing service before they closed is crazy

Absolutely so done with this specific Taco Bell They can never manage to get 1 of everything i order right.. Doesn't matter whether its door dash or on person. Ive had beyond so many issues with the 1 thing i order everytime which is typically a 13 dollar meal plus my 3 children... like im paying for STEAK not ground beef.

Everytime they ask me what sauce I'd like, then they never give me sauce and get annoyed when I ask again. I get that it happens, I've worked in fast food, but it's EVERY TIME!

They got my order wrong and didn’t offer to fix it. When I told them that it was wrong I was very polite because I know what it’s like to work in food service, but the entire staff stopped what they were doing and went silent to just stare at me and I had to awkwardly apologize and leave because I felt intimidated. This ruined my taco bell experience.

I love taco bell and I always get loaded nachos extra beef no beans no red sauce, I sent the first one back because they clearly did not have extra beef or the right amount of cheese, it cane back looking the same except with beans. I love taco bell so someone from corporate needs to come fix this because this gives taco bells a bad name l, now I'm leaving hungry and wasted my time i had for a snack
