Seems they forget what item are in the box sets, and I rarely get all of them.

Everytime they ask me what sauce I'd like, then they never give me sauce and get annoyed when I ask again. I get that it happens, I've worked in fast food, but it's EVERY TIME!

They got my order wrong and didn’t offer to fix it. When I told them that it was wrong I was very polite because I know what it’s like to work in food service, but the entire staff stopped what they were doing and went silent to just stare at me and I had to awkwardly apologize and leave because I felt intimidated. This ruined my taco bell experience.

I love taco bell and I always get loaded nachos extra beef no beans no red sauce, I sent the first one back because they clearly did not have extra beef or the right amount of cheese, it cane back looking the same except with beans. I love taco bell so someone from corporate needs to come fix this because this gives taco bells a bad name l, now I'm leaving hungry and wasted my time i had for a snack

Multiple times you have completely messed up DoorDash orders that I am responsible for delivering, and now are single-handedly nearly costing me this source of income. Thank you guys for being so very careless & sloppy. 👍🏼

Worst experience I have ever had. They got my order completely wrong and over charged me and when I told him about it he blantly called me a lyer about it. Then he slammed the window and started whining that I am a lyer and he got very angry so bad I heard him threw the window. So I felt very disrespected and angry 😠 I just left very disappointed

I recently stopped by Taco Bell for a quick and affordable dinner. As someone who enjoys fast food from time to time, I was hoping for a satisfying meal that wouldn't break the bank.

Just went through the drive thru and had a girl named savannah take my order. She was absolutely rude and had an attitude. She asked if my screen looked correct and I said no. Because I asked for no lettuce on my soft taco. She replied I already know no lettuce. Plus she got my burrito wrong. Before pulling up I told her we don't need the attitude and her reply was yep. Instead of being professional and saying I apologize. I'll definitely be making a trip tomorrow to talk to the manager. She needs to learn some respect and manners and how to work a drive thru. Absolutely disgusted how I was treated. Won't be going back and ill definitely let others know to be careful of her.

Unfortunately this taco bell don’t care about you as a customer in particularly if you DoorDash your food. They only care about their “line time” (drive thru). Customers who order through door dash get pushed to the back of the line and will get their food whenever they get a chance. Dashers lose money due to wait time and customers have to wait over an hour for their food. The employees do what they’re told and focus on that “line time”. It’s a terrible policy! Every other merchant does the tickets in the order that they are received.
Former employees have actually told me they used to laugh about this issue. Management don’t seem to care so that is why I am leaving this review.
