I have been eating at Yangs for nearly 30 years. While the location has never change and is still family owned the inside is very bare and could be considered un-inviting. However, simple and clean often is just fine. I would consider it easy to maintain with a small staff and tight fit keeping costs down and food production quick and to the point. I change it up often with the type of meat choices however it's never been bad or something I wouldn't eat. The noodles...
Good and large portions. Ordered the spicy chicken and it was not even a little spicy to me. Food was fine and portions were large. Just average in my mind and as I said, spicy chicken wasn't.
their teriyaki chicken and noodles are great and fair priced! I've been coming here since I was a kid and I'm still pleased. could use a cleanup, and they took down their train a couple years back because it fell off. hope they bring some life back into it, they have great food
