I am so bummed! I’ve heard such good things but my pizza was not good. I ordered at 5:40 and scheduled my pick up for 45 minutes, thinking they’d make it closer to my pick up time, but they made the pizza and then it sat for 30 minutes until I picked it up at 6:20. The box was cold when I took it from her and when I got home my pizza was not even remotely warm, and I only live 8 minutes away in Independence. Not only are the pizzas delicious, with the yummiest pizza crust but YB has some of the best customer service I've ever encountered, especially in the last few years when customer service seems to have seriously declined. I would go back to them again and again just for that.
