Found this food truck after doing the Mosier Trail Hike and this is simply the best Mexican food in Oregon. Hands down the best Enchiladas and Fish taco’s I’ve ever tasted. Came here on a sunny day with my girlfriend and best friend and it was amazing, be warned there is not much seating in the shade on a sunny day and there is a bit of a wait due to everyone coming here. Total cost was $35 for 7 tacos and enchiladas with beans and rice, their pricing is unbeatable. Will be coming back!

the BEST tacos i’ve ever had in my life. Homeade tortillas, fully loaded with whatever choice of meat you choose and they’re HUGE portions. I live in Portland and plan on making the trip this weekend to get some tacos. 🙂

There is a reason this Taco truck is BUSY. I arrived right at open only to notice there were 10+ people ahead of me, this is often a great sign and is exactly why this spot is a must, if passing through. You could blink and miss Moiser but you would highly regret missing out on this wonderful food truck. The staff and food are incredible, I tried their Queso Birra Tacos and they were phenomenal. Service was quick for how busy they were when I arrived, and my plate only crushed the bank by $12 with no shortage of meat in the tacos.. I only wish I didn't inhale the food so I would of had a photo to share. I'll be returning soon and anticipate trying more wonderful food.
There is only greatness that comes out of this food truck. The food is fresh, consistent and SO good. Even when slammed with business the customer service is genuine and fantastic. My partner and I try to come here weekly and always will, we absolutely love this place.

Food is delicious! 10/10 the outside eating area is peaceful and nice as well. What I didn’t like was the customer service! It was 1:35pm when we got there to order our food and the gal said it would have to be to go.. my husband insisted he wanted it for there to eat that it wouldn’t take us long to eat. I think that either upset her or ticked her off because she didn’t even say anything all she said before was we are getting ready close. So by 1:38pm everything was closed and another person said wow! The lady isn’t very social today.. I said yeah, I don’t know maybe something happened. I always say leave your personal stuff at home. Customer service should always be top priority for everyone. Not looking for free food or anything.
