The secret is out that this is the unchallenged best Mexican food in the gorge- and a favorite lunch spot of the local firefighters! Let me ease your worries for you; the line is worth the wait. I'm partial to the enchiladas, but the fish tacos are the best I've ever had by a significant margin. I hope that down the line they can move into a building here in Mosier!
This food truck is soooo great, what an incredible find… glad we skipped Hood River for our road trip lunch to go here !! Best corn tortilla I’ve ever had—fluffy, moist, and full of flavor. We tried the Carnitas burrito, with Carnitas, Al Pastor and Birria tacos— burrito was massive, tacos sizable too, & under $20 for the 4 items; all meats were succulent & juicy, smoky, & full of flavor, soooo good!! the Carnitas were super lean, but juicy too, the best way they can be!
A generous amount of meat/food for the Price, so lucky we found this place on our drive!!
Everything we ordered here was top notch. The carnitas tacos, asada gorditas, and pastor burrito. The price is very reasonable for the portion and amount of meat in the tacos. This is my new favorite taco truck in the gorge. Nice job.
I’m kind of snobbish about tacos and Latin food. This place was amazing. Get the sopes! If you’ve never heard of a sope just trust me. It’s so good! But you can’t go wrong. The whole menu is good.
Seating and parking can be tough on weekends but the food is great, and portions are generous for the price.
Place is 🔥 and I would recommend the tamales

Stopped by on our way out east for some food and the burrito ended up being really top tier. The salsa roja is actually hot too delicious

This is a good truck close to the start of the Mosier Plateau trail. We had the fish tacos and they were delicious,!
This is the best taco truck in the gorge. Might be the best on the west coast. Buenísimo!

I've been here more than a few times and I enjoy everything they make; from the homemade beverages (horchata), to the handmade tortillas (used on every plater); tacos, menudo, tamales, quesadillas; etc... I'd go as far as to say that their food is top Mexican cuisine in the gorge; stop by and find out for yourself, I'm sure you won't regret it.

This place is reason enough for a drive from Portland. I make all kinds of excuses for a good hike in Mosier so I can eat here after. Their tacos are fantastic- fish are my favorite. And then I order tomales to bring home for dinner. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you order. I always go with my hiking crew and everyone loves everything they order.
