I don’t think they have a good understanding of vegetarian let alone vegan. We asked about their veggie tacos and they said their beans have lard. Their rice was also made with some animal based thing too. So it seems like nothing could be made Vegan even if you take out dairy.

Friendly counter service Mexican restaurant near downtown. Nice can-be-made vegan options, outstanding salsa bar with excellent salsa fresca, pickled veggies, and all the radishes you could hope for. Freshly prepared food, generously plated. Good vibes, recommended.

They have all the usual Mexican food options. The horchata was very good and they have a selection of Jaritos sodas. They have a vegetarian menu as well. It is an older building with a few tables inside and a drive up window as well
