Friendly counter service Mexican restaurant near downtown. Nice can-be-made vegan options, outstanding salsa bar with excellent salsa fresca, pickled veggies, and all the radishes you could hope for. Freshly prepared food, generously plated. Good vibes, recommended.
They have all the usual Mexican food options. The horchata was very good and they have a selection of Jaritos sodas. They have a vegetarian menu as well. It is an older building with a few tables inside and a drive up window as well

Found this little restaurant in Mt Angel, Oregon. It is a little tucked away off the main stretch, and I'm glad i found it walked in and didn't have to wait long. There was a tiny bit of language barrier, but knowing a little spanish went a long way to get my order placed and finding the employee happy to know i had a little spanish knowledge. Very friendly, and with the help of a smartphone phone translating, I had a great conversation. Now, with the food, I ordered...
