This place is family owned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All there sausage is all natural and u can read amok the ingredients. Highly recommend for ur next sausage dinner!

Couldn’t tell you how the food is, but we did drive an hour with the family to get here and no dogs allowed in an enormous outside seating area. Very Un-German/Oregon thing to do.

Pretty much regret the whole thing. Food was very very bland, greasy, fries were not seasoned and not fresh. $20 for a sausage dog and cheap fries. The sausage just had no flavor except grease. The beer was pretty awful too. We took a few bites and they wouldn't take either or one meal off even though we were dissatisfied and said so.

All of the components in the sausage were good. I expected the potatoes not be burnt and the sausage not be so greasy. I think that Edelweiss in Portland is qualitatively better. Great service and outside area saves it.

The outdoor eating area was very nice, staff was not that friendly but professional. I felt the food was way overpriced for what they gave you, probably won't eat there again.

**Dogs NOT allowed on premises** Love the restaurant and food, but be aware that policy of dogs allowed on patio has changed.

Wonderful German sausages, plus a variety of other options. Nice shop also, the sausage section is amazing!

I didn't like the fondue—it was as if it wasn't made of cheese.

We were driving back from Gardenpalooza in Gervais. I like to explore Oregon, so we decided to roam and ended up in Mt. Angel. Beautiful church! Then we looked for food and found this Sausage Company. They have a little store and then we sat for lunch: pepperoni sticks, fried curds, delicious soup! Wow. I'll return again with my sister, because they have a very interesting draft beer selection, too.

Really good pretzel bites and fondue cheese. Got some sausage bites as well and a couple of side dinner salads with homemade dressing. Great spot for a snack or a meal. There is also a German shop to pick up some picnic items or extras to take home.

Wish there were more poultry sausage options. If you don't eat pork or beef then the menu is limited. Staff is very friendly.
