Very friendly and efficient staff. Food was mediocre, frozen flash fried fish and chips, mushy not flakey, undercooked vegetables with the cod, salad was wilted. Quality of food could use improvement.
This Thanksgiving buffet was terrible and definitely not worth the $$$. Everything was cold and dry. I can't believe I paid $55 per person for this meal. The best part of it was the salad and cheese platter.
Such a wonderful time at Mt. Hood Resort! We stayed here for our anniversary, and I wanted to surprise my girl with some flowers and nice things set up fireside before we came back. Jolene at the front went the extra mile to help make that happen, and forever tied a memory to this place. Our stay was memorable and warm, rooms were great. Perfect experience.
Mt. Hood Oregon Resort offers a mixed experience. While the rooms are spacious and perfect for a stay, the restaurant food is often disappointing, including the Thanksgiving buffet which was cold and dry. The hotel features a heated pool and friendly staff, like Jolene at the front desk, who go the extra mile to create memorable experiences. However, the facilities are showing wear and tear, and the TVs and carpets could use an update.
