Saw an ad for Baseline Biscuits, did a little research and determined that had to try it. Well worth the trip! The Huevos rancheros were excellent as was my wife's biscuit and gravy with a side of home fries. Had me wishing I could eat both meals. Highly recommend and will definitely go there again.

Excellent service and food! 2 eggs over medium, sourdough w/habanero jam + a paloma...perfect!
The food, the service and the atmosphere are incredible. I’ve traveled all over the country and have had breakfast at many food chains and unique restaurants and I have to say, none of them compare to Baseline Biscuits and I do mean none of them. Casey was our server and she is awesome. Her smile alone, just makes your day. She was very friendly and so down to earth. My daughter and I truly enjoyed talking to her. About the food. Wow wow wow! I did not expect the food to be this great! Every thing we ate, was the best breakfast food that both my daughter and I have ever tasted, no exaggeration. But wait, it gets better. We were on our way to do some hiking and Casey mentioned stopping back in later for ice cream at Mt. Hood Creamery ( same location, same owners) and so we did just that. And again, we were blown away. I had a waffle cone and one scoop of pistachio ice cream, which was not a little scoop at all. And my daughter had a waffle cone with cookies & cream and brookie dough ( brownie instead of cookie, hence the name brookie dough ) and it was delicious too! After just eating the best breakfast ever, we had to buy t-shirts from here. You wouldn’t catch me wearing a t-shirt from any other food place, but from Baseline Biscuits, I’m not only excited to wear the t-shirt, but I can’t wait to brag about this place to anyone that looks at my t-shirt. Thanks Casey for the awesome level of service you provided.

Perfect breakfast/brunch/lunch stop. The portions are plentiful and tasty! Service was top notch as well. Highly recommend shrimp & grits and the thick cut breakfast ham.

I had a blow out about 3 miles out of town and I feel horrible I forgot the sweet ladies name that was there in the morning because it's been a minute now but had to insure I left a review because not only was the food and drinks really good but I was so stressed about getting help with my tire that she recognized this and was willing to help me and my friend in anyway.... as she put it..... even if she had to give us a ride herself. We are so eternally thankful for her kindness and welcoming us with open arms.

My husband and I stopped by this charming town early on a Saturday morning and decided to eat breakfast. We were greeted by friendly staff right away. It was a beautiful day, we sat outside. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary which was made with their house made mix. It was very fresh and clean tasting. I had coffee, very good on the chilly morning, and the refills kept coming which I appreciated. I had the biscuit with egg and sausage with sausage gravy. The biscuit was huge and oh so delicious. The sausage gravy was delicious, not overly salty. We both loved the food and the service was top notch. Although it is comfort food, it was very fresh and we left feeling full and very happy! We look forward to going again soon.

This is a lovely diner just a short drive from Hood River. Everything about this place is perfect - the food is generous and delicious, the service is friendly and warm, and the buttery biscuits are truly amazing. We bought a package of day olds and and ate them all throughout weekend. We will be sure to stop here whenever we’re in the area!

Great food and awesome service. I had biscuits and chorizo gravy, amazeballs with a little spice. The other folks had shrimp and grits chicken fried steak and the baseline biscuit. Topped off with some morning Bloody Marys and they have mamosas.

The hub and I stopped by for a late, late breakfast before a hike. Even though it was 30 minutes until closing we were totally welcomed in and had a fabulously meal in a super cute and welcoming space! We split the biscuits and gravy and the surf & turf hash....omg it was all so amazing! We are originally from the south and the food here will satisfy any southern craving you might have (they have red and green Cholula here!). ooooh we also had the homemade Blood Marys which were perfect with our meal. Avoid the packed Hood River brunch spots and get some here!
