In the area visiting and our son took us to Baseline Biscuits. Food was great! Huge biscuits. They were short staffed and the guy waiting on everyone did an amazing job in orderly fashion, I was thoroughly impressed!!! He needs to be a trainer for waitstaff everywhere!

Don’t sleep on the burger at this joint… It’s a no-fuss, deliciously well done classic!! Juicy, loaded with bacon and pickles and house made sauce. I had crispy potatoes on the side that were spiced to perfection! Great post-hike fuel up. Love that ice cream is available after any meal here. I will be back to try breakfast and biscuits ✨🙌🏻

Saw an ad for Baseline Biscuits, did a little research and determined that had to try it. Well worth the trip! The Huevos rancheros were excellent as was my wife's biscuit and gravy with a side of home fries. Had me wishing I could eat both meals. Highly recommend and will definitely go there again.
