Our family, with young kids, ate lunch here two days in a row, summer 2025. Drove all the way from Government Camp. And we’re not disappointed. Superb food. Just quality. Fresh oyster shooters - who would have thought?! But super fresh - just delivered! And delicious elk burgers, as well as wild salmon fish and chips. Simply delicious and fresh! Highly recommend. Great beers and other drinks. Cool and full of character bar inside. We sat outside. Beautiful flowers around and nice garden setup. Service was friendly, although they maybe a bit understaffed. But everything else was lovely, so extra time to hang was welcomed. No crowds. So, great ambiance. Thumbs up all around.

Really disappointing quality of food.
Service was apathetic at best. Timely yes but barely an ounce of hospitality. No welcome, no goodbye, no thank you. Expected more.

Cozy and comfortable for grabbing a bite after skiing. Good service and good food.

Had thanksgiving here it was lovely and amazing. The turkey was on point! Gravy was delicious. Mash potatoes did not miss. Really liked the roasted veggies. Service top notch. Drive was a little crazy and icy but worth it. Definitely would go here again!!!!!!!

I loved this place! The food, drinks, breakfast, and Waitress Jaimie the morning we went were amazing! We stayed at Cooper Spur the night before, so we had to try the place since it was on the grounds. It was well worth it, and I would for sure go back! She also told us to go to the front desk since we stayed at the resort to get free skylift tickets at Mt. Hood Meadows (I believe it is seasonal).

Great place in a nice secluded spot. The appetizers were amazing, the herb crusted gouda balls PHENOMENAL! the elk burger was ok, but it's definitely an elk beef blend and they don't tell you that on the menu.

Still overall really good experience and I would go back without hesitation.

Hidden gem. Stumbled upon this place and the food is phenomenal and all made from scratch and locally sourced.

We ate at Crooked Tree for four meals during our stay at Cooper Lodge and every single one ranged from great to absolutely excellent! We had the elk burger which was exquisite and cooked perfectly to our medium rare order, waffles which were deliciously light, fluffy, and crispy, the spicy teriyaki wings which had a great, tingly finish, and the seasonal salad which had a great Thai Basil dressing and fresh leafy greens. We had a group breakfast on our last day and the hand-made English muffins were easily the best English muffins I’ve ever had. Soft and pillowy with a great chew, it was heavenly. The skill of the chef is tangible in the sourcing of the ingredients, the balanced palette, and the technique of preparation. All the prices were lower than expected for the quality! Thank you so much for the fantastic food!

My fiancé and I were exploring the Mt Hood area when we decided to grab a bite here. The gouda puffs melt in your mouth!! Totally delicious! My fiancé had the French dip sandwich which I also tried. Definitely the best French dip we have ever had! Locally sourced ingredients, made from scratch flavors, excellent wine. Loved this place!

Jamie was very friendly and the food was great. We ordered the cheeseburger and fried chicken Sandwich (everything is made from scratch).
Really enjoyed our experience! Jamie, please thank your other patron who was there for recommending “Tamanawas falls” :)

The drive up the mountain was spectacular. The restaurant is very picturesque and nestled into a gorgeous area I had the salmon burger and it was tasty. My husband had the Elk burger, and said that it was “excellent”! Outside our window, we saw flowers, bees and hummingbirds.

I’ll remember this meal for years. Combined the Samlon eggs benedict and the avocado toast for the most flavorful bites, and topped it off with a blueberry lavender soda.
