We had the pleasure of spending Saturday at the Painted lady for My daughters baby shower. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious 😋 and it just kept coming. I also can't rave enough about how good the tea is. Amazingly good Hospitality. There is so many beautiful things in there, you have to make more than one trip to even see it all. I've lived in South County 16 years and this was my first visit, I have been missing out, we will definitely be back! 🥰
We've stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are very comfortable. The decorations are amazing, along with many, many live plants (how do they stay so healthy?). The breakfasts are splendid, and the hosts are very communicative and accomodating!
Looking for a BnB to stay in while on road trip - this is a fantastic stay! Certainly more like sleeping in a doll house than museum, but the collection of Victorian pictures, literature, clothing, china, bric-a-brac, is museum quality. Wendi, owner and curator, is also the breakfast chef - home cooked and delicious, served in the tea room…like falling down the rabbit hole….
