We have gone to Abby's countless times, for decades. In the last year or so we had backed off quite a bit because the food and atmosphere had gone downhill. Employees have always been nice enough. Some go above and beyond. But food was slow getting out. About two weeks ago we went back and OH MY GOSH, our pizzas were fabulous. The condiment and drinks area was orderly and stocked, tables clean. Service time was reasonable. We are anxious to go back again today.

I was going to rate the service a 1 star but “Denver” an employee that works there got everything all figured out for us what an exceptional employee the manager was going to put our extra topping we ordered in a side container and not put it on top of our pizza we’ve never heard of that nonsense thank goodness Denver understood about customer service he should be promoted to manager 🥳🥳

Good pizza popular location very busy most days. Comfortable welcoming environment large tvs to watch your favorite sports or casual show small arcade area for kids to play as well as video lottery for the adults.

Shannon went above and beyond during a busy rush of orders — not only was she super friendly and attentive, but she even helped me carry my pizzas out to my car. Best pizza crust, that doesn't bloat tummy!! I have been eating Abby's since my childhood and now my kids are eating it. Clean dining area worth lots of TVs. Only downside, was no spuds on menu.
