Absolutely zero follow through from ownership after speaking to owner about service issues. The owner promised on multiple occasions to assist with an issue that was brought to their attention and never followed through as promised. Burger King Corporate is absolutely no help as they REFUSE to speak with customers even though at the time it was a service that was offered on their website. Worst service experience ever!

Just stopped in to get breakfast at their drive thru. Wonderful experience. The person who greeted me wished me a Good morning first and then asked what I would like. She was friendly, polite, and cheerful. When I drove to the window she engaged me in a bit of conversation while my meal was prepared.
And she asked if I was headed to work. I shared with her that I had already been in to work and took a break to come to her Burger King. She sincerely thanked me for coming to Burger King instead of going to "that other place" (my words, not hers).
NOTE: I get to work at 5:00 am, which is the time that McDonalds opens and yet I quite often wait until 6:00 when Burger King opens. I love the croissan'wiches and the two (2) for $5.00 is a terrific deal. (Or customers can get two double croissan'wiches for only $6.00.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Crispy Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was dry and mostly cold. Part of the bun broke away as I was eating it. Guess a drive through order at 3:23 PM on a Saturday afternoon wasn't the best time to eat here.

I recently visited the Burger King drive-thru to pick up food for my co-workers and encountered several issues. Our order was incorrect, with both our food and drinks being messed up. We ordered one icy and one soda, but due to a broken ice maker, we were given one orange juice to share instead. Additionally, the phone number provided didn't work, making it impossible to resolve the issue without going back, which I couldn't do as I was stuck at work. It was really unfortunate that we had to share one orange juice among us. This experience was disappointing, and I hope they address these problems in the future.

Decided to grab a bite after getting some coffee. I got two 8pc nuggets and a large onion ring. The nuggets were fine but the onion rings tasted like they had been out for hours longer than they should have been. I know that it's policy at a lot of places to change out fried foods every couple hours. These didn't taste like they were only an hour or so past, but infact almost tasted like they were day old AT LEAST. They were also tough, which should NOT be a thing considering that most fast food places no longer even serve whole onion rings as an attempt for uniformity but rather likely mashed and frozen rings of onion that have been battered and pre-fried. There were only two that were normal, soft consistency. The rest were chewy like nougat. We only ate our meals and delt with it because we had to deal with cleaning out an apartment for a loved one. Regrettably so, too, because now we have horrible stomach aches and likely food poisoning. Will not visit this location again.

The employee was not interested in helping us as he was more interested in being on his phone. When I asked if I could place my order, he ignored me, so we went elsewhere, which he did not mind at all.
The only reason for a one star that the "free" burger cost me over $4, didn't see anything for 70 cents

Food was hot, fries fresh and they were quick and polite to me! All the reviews about chicken sandwiches, all I have to say is that it’s Burger King not a high class diner and the people complaining about cold food ? Well go during lunch time or dinner time not right before closing?? There are worse locations so please get out of your privilege and try going to a Portland location with gunshots in the drive through. Just my two cents, the food was hot and fast and everything I expected and this is a honest review. Take it easy yall
