Thought I'd try the Oktoberfest Burgerville against my better judgement. The bun was doughy ,the burger was greasy and little to no cabbage or mustard. Near flavorless!!! This was the second time I left disappointed with their limited time only Burger's!!!!!

Worst and slowest Burgerville in the state. Order is never correct, never ready, takes forever, ordered online and waited over 40 mins and order not ready, which what is the point to order online if not ready at the pick up time? Food is cold, nearly $8 for sweet potato fries that come out cold.. how can an order not be ready yet but still come out cold? TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Used to be so good but food quality has gone down so much and the prices are just so ridiculously high now. And they ask for tips at the drive thru which just feels tacky to me. The one exception for me is the rosemary and truffle fry seasonal but now when I go that's all I order. Clearly I am not the only one to think this because it has gone from always having a big drive thru line ( had to create a lane around the whole parking lot) to rarely any line. Also ever since the last remodel the inside just feels dated and not very clean or well kept. I really hope they turn it around and I can update this review someday soon.

Good food, we especially loved the Fries. The Desserts were Supreme as well.
Staff was super friendly and gave us some extra fries for the „longer“ wait time. At other fast food chains that wait time would be normal, so big kudos to Burgerville on being committed to the term fast food.
We also really like the locally sourced aspect, for that we are happy to pay the higher prices.

The Newberg location is sadly lacking. Of the dozen or so delivery orders I've put in, 90% of them were wrong, either leaving out items I paid for, or ignoring the custom requests. And so far, they've never been available to answer a phone call -- and I've called at all different times of the day. I won't order from them again.

Burgers are really good. Shakes too but no other milk substitutes for me lactose intolerant. Customer service sucks, i guess all over oregon but, they jusy clearly showed they did not want to work there or even show their knowledge about the menu and were too rushy about ordering despite the restaurant being empty lol.

I went through the drive through tonight. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was fresh and exactly as ordered. Two thumbs up.
Almost inedible. Fish was under cooked and fries were awful place is going downhill.
