I don't know how to start, I am just overall disappointed with Burgerville. I hadn't been to a Burgerville in years. Always loved your basic cheeseburger. I ordered 2 of them from the Newberg location drive thru. I was absolutely dumbfounded at the price. 4.29. Then I waited 10 mins+. And finally the attendant suggested a 25% tip. Come on guys. That is just wrong and greedy for so many reasons. And at the end of the day I drove 5 minutes home and the food was cold. For those prices and such your service needs to be TOP notch. You need to take cash( was told card only), and you need to get rid of the SUGGESTED tipping. I won't be back. You have priced yourselves out for this consumer and you're not even trying to make up for it with quality service or product.

Food is fresh and local. Seasonal items are usually outstanding. Rosemary fries are awesome. Wish they were all year. Great place to go if gluten and dairy free.

Went through drive through for my daughter's meal tonight ordered a double cheeseburger large fri and med. Strawberry shake. Got it home and it was obviously precooked much earlier the two Patty's were hard thin and dry as cardboard as well as the very thin hard buns.. fris were limp stiff disgusting to the point we laughed and threw it all out.. just ridiculous quality.. shake was a shake nothing special though.. this meal was over $16 dollars yikes!! The only thing good about this experience was that when I called in to complain they refunded my purchase price.. sadly I felt obligated to give this review in the hopes others will avoid the disappointment 😞

So I was looking forward to eat a delicious hamburger for dinner. I decided to order the 10 dollars meal which is 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. Well, I should've spent that money at McDonald's! Not the quality I was expecting. We were so disappointed. Here's a picture of the paper thin hamburger patty. Sorry but McDonalds at least gives you a more decent hamburger patty for a cheaper price. Also drive thru is eternal.

I'm giving five stars because I've never had a bad experience at Newberg's BV. I don't eat fast food often, when I do BV is my preference. It's a bit more expensive than the rest, but the food is quality, fresh and my order is almost always accurate. My peeve is the tipping expectation. Fast food that I get from a drive-through or pick up myself at the counter doesn't earn a tip. My most recent order was 3 burgers, one fry and a fish and chips, no drinks, $40. And a tip? Sorry, no. There have been several instances where I was about to pull into BV but changed my mind and went elsewhere because I'm tired of being asked for a tip everywhere I go.

I come here cause it's close to work and I'm gluten free. They have messed up my order multiple times now, forget fries or onions when asked not to and so on. Today I tried again cause it had been over a month. They were so rude in the drive thru. They didn't give me a combo like I asked and when I asked for my drink she argued with me that it wasn't what I ordered. I told her again I did. She got upset and asked repeatedly what my drink was without giving me a chance to respond. When she went to give me the fries shehad such an attitude I said I wanted to see the manager. No wonder the staff feels like they can have managers cause the manager said what? And I told her I understand the mistake but the attitude wasn't ok and she said ok I'll talk to her and shut the window. They ask for a tip at the drive thru but why should you tip when the staff can't even handle a 2 minute interaction or get my food right. Plus got back to work and the burger was wrong also. So ridiculous
