I used to love eating here, not anymore. This Burgerville rarely gets a order correct and if they do it’s often been sitting around and is clearly been microwaved , it’s soggy, cold in parts, stale, tastes unmistakably like something that was made a few hours ago and didn’t sell… Lastly I got my umpteenth wrong order, called back respectfully and got a rude dismissive response from Tyler who after telling me he absolutely wouldn’t make the order correctly , told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Why would you say have a good day to someone you’re screwing with and about to hang up on unless you totally don’t understand the meaning.

The food was good. We had fish and chips for 2. We also had 2 sodas and one side of onion rings. Fries don't come withe food. The cost was about $45.00. I can't believe we paid that much in a fast food restaurant for 2 dinners.
Burgerville to me so far has always been worth paying a little more for. The food is better quality for a fast food spot. I love that they offer turkey burgers. I wish they had different sauces. The ranch here is awful. They should add a fry sauce. I've been to this location 3 times. Every time through the drive thru only. Service is always nice and food is always fresh.

Had a halibut fish sandwich. Wife had a burger. Food was warm and the fries were extra crispy. The fish sandwich was a bit disappointing. Small thin piece that was a little overcooked. Otherwise

I normally order from a different location but I was in newburg and was excited to get my favorite cheeseburger. We drove through and noticed 1/2 the menu was marked out of stock. I order my burger with no spread, sub chipotle mayo. They then told me they couldn't do that. But could leave the spread off and give me the mayo to do it myself. I was shocked! This is pure laziness! But I wanted my burger so I agreed to make my own. I should have asked to barrow their kitchen as They didn't even supply me with a knife until I asked.
Vegetarian options: They have a good beyond burger a little spicy but good.
