Unfortunately we have to give a thumbs down rating! We came here at the end of last summer & the staff, food, & restrooms, etc. were great! Today we came in excited to get a yummy veggie bowl & maybe they just got a slow time, after a rush, but they were out of grilled veggies, Berry lemonade, cheese & toilet paper…

We were given 3 free drinks by one guy employee who didn’t make much eye contact or say much, but we did appreciate his effort. One of the lady staff was very apologetic & went out of her way to make lemonade & refill the toilet paper, etc. after being put down for a burrito fold/roll gone wrong!

We appreciated her very much & give her 5 stars! The other staff were unprofessional & not very kind to other staff members or customers & after we were told it would be 5 minutes for grilled veggies another staff wagged his finger no in dismay to our serving staff, as though they just didn’t want to cook more at that moment! When another customer came in they only said they were out of cheese!

The service needs some major mentorship & help at this location! Thank you to the staff who was kind & professional! Your actions will attract much kindness in return!

[NO, i will not contact your customer support - this is an operational problem, not a one-off bad order...] I honestly don't get it... for a company that has so few staples, HOW on earth do they burn the chips on EVERY single order. I've literally begun driving to Wilsonville Chipotle just to get acceptable chips, rice that isn't hard, and employees who aren't rude.

I never leave bad reviews but I can only take so many burnt chips. $6 and all I except is tortilla chips that aren't burnt. sheesh.

They gave me a huge scoop of guac which contained half an avocado with skin and pit. Hilarious! 5 stars!

The honey chipotle chicken was over-spiced to the point of not being able to taste anything else. My burrito bowl on the other hand didn't have enough seasoning. I'm going to stop using the Newberg location. Something is wrong every time, unfortunately. The other locations have always been good. Unfortunately it cost me $42 for one last-ditch try.

They’re always understaffed they close the main dining room all the time I just had to back out of the drive-through because they had one person working. I was there for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. This is the worst chipotle restaurant I’ve ever been to 5 miles up the road in Sherwood is a fabulous one which I’m driving to right now

A horrible ending to an already awful day. Tried to order online, on two different devices, multiple times, but it just said “we can’t process this order at this time.” Had to go in & order. Ordered: a chicken burrito with pico de gallo, cheese, rice, beans; a barbacoa quesadilla with the sides black beans, salsa, & rice. Received: a cheese quesadilla with no sides. Didn’t open the pickup order until we got home, so had to go back to the store to fix the order. Manager couldn’t find the record of our order, but had me go back through the line to reorder. Almost made me another plain cheese quesadilla. Manager gave me attitude when she said “have a nice day” like she was annoyed with me for my order being wrong. Got home & my dad had opened his burrito: no cheese, no pico de gallo, & no chicken. Just beans & rice. Don’t go to this Chipotle. They don’t communicate, they don’t listen, & they clearly get no training or experienced supervision.

45 minutes after posted opening time they said they're running late today and may open in a few minutes, but totally ignored people waiting outside the locked doors until we asked at the drive through window what was going on.

Went in to get food. The young man serving had no customer service skills..when asked if he could get more veggies because the container was empty he said “no” it was only 5:00pm… the other girls working the register had no customer service skills and did not ask if we wanted drinks. We felt rushed through and the music was entirely too loud and you could barely hear anything. Won’t be going back to Newberg location again.

Reading comprehension and knife skills definitely lack at this location. The order says “burrito” but came in a bowl. It also didn’t say “add a quarter of a whole onion”. Unless this order was for a blind goat, I don’t think much attention was paid to it.

I ordered takeout for my family last night and the order wasn't prepared to our requests and had a bigger issue. My order for extra chicken appeared to have less than a standard amount and my daughter's kids meal contained a wrong side. We also had several chunks of burnt beef in the side of cheese sauce that made it not edible. Disgusting. For my wife who ordered a vegetarian meal, this was almost insulting and made finishing her meal difficult. It's become common to expect a small issues with our orders and friends have commented about the regular errors, but this one will stick in our mind next time we order takeout. There are just too many alternatives to accept food prepared with suck little care.

Most chipotles have started giving smaller servings sizes, but not this chipotle. Very full burrito bowls. As an avid chipotle eater, I’d go out of my way to eat at this chipotle again.
