My first time here, and I haven’t ate DQ in a long while, but wow! Cashier is so nice. Food is warm and hit the spot. I love hearing the cashier greet folks coming in - seems these patrons are regulars and I can see why. Feels homey!

It's amazing how often this particular Dairy Queen gets your order wrong. Ordered two bacon Deluxe triples they, forgot to put bacon on both of them. Also ordered sides of flamethrower sauce and there's no side of sauce in the bag despite having paid for it. You would think after making us park on the curb and wait for 10 minutes they could at least get the order right

Our order was delivered missing frys and a Root Beer. The staff seemed quite nieve and under trained. The cheese burger tasted like paper. I do not recommend it. The soft serve is missing all vanilla flavor, and was just cold and dependent on the added sauce for flavor. I would not recommend it. I will not return to this restaurant. Very disappointed.

This has to be the WORST Dairy Queen. It’s always understaffed. The lobby closes because they are so understaffed. I’ve tried to save time by ordering ahead online and it doesn’t work. I had to wait over 30 minutes past the “online order ready time “ for a dilly bar and dipped cone last time. This time the lobby was closed and I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line because I had no other way to get my order. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, well you can’t fool me twice or whatever Bush said. 👎🏼 👎🏼 for this DQ.

Who can hate a DQ Blizzard! Thankful DQ is in Newberg. People who complain about long lines, bad service, etc should stay home and cook their own meals. This Dairy Queen is always working. They are busy, who doesn't love ice cream. The line is long, Yeah... everyone wants to go there, that's a positive. It's called fast food for a reason, don't complain. The employee's are always working and trying their best, I never see a group of them taking long smoke breaks when they are busy.

A long wait in the drive thru, service was wonderful. The person at the drive thru even gave our puppy a pup cup free and he must definitely enjoyed it!
