This has to be the WORST Dairy Queen. It’s always understaffed. The lobby closes because they are so understaffed. I’ve tried to save time by ordering ahead online and it doesn’t work. I had to wait over 30 minutes past the “online order ready time “ for a dilly bar and dipped cone last time. This time the lobby was closed and I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line because I had no other way to get my order. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, well you can’t fool me twice or whatever Bush said. 👎🏼 👎🏼 for this DQ.

Who can hate a DQ Blizzard! Thankful DQ is in Newberg. People who complain about long lines, bad service, etc should stay home and cook their own meals. This Dairy Queen is always working. They are busy, who doesn't love ice cream. The line is long, Yeah... everyone wants to go there, that's a positive. It's called fast food for a reason, don't complain. The employee's are always working and trying their best, I never see a group of them taking long smoke breaks when they are busy.

A long wait in the drive thru, service was wonderful. The person at the drive thru even gave our puppy a pup cup free and he must definitely enjoyed it!

Didn't get food so that star doesn't count. Cashier will act like they're going to check on your order then ignore you for 15 minutes. Customer service is crap honestly try Burger King or Wendy's and you be way more satisfied

Placed order on app, arrived at scheduled pickup time. Half the food under lights other half started when I arrived to pick up. First didn't get drink had to ask for it, didn't get sauce for strips and fries cold and soggy. ZERO OUT OF 5

Went thru drive through ordered $50+ of food for two wrong orders and the audacity to not remake my food and remove the unwanted items after I clearly stated I have allergies. Unknown if they actually changed their gloves or not. The nice ladies at the counter had no Idea that their crew is not following the procedure and should not be blamed only better trained.
Couldn't even order because whoever was doing the drive-thru was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We asked for some time to look over everything since we had 4 children in the car and we got so much attitude. Never again

My experience here verys alot, i really depends whos working the drive through, sometimes the can be the definition of quality customer service, other times it can leave me thinking how did this person get hired. Over all id give my experience an avrage of 4/5 its a dairy queen so i dont have super high expectations and on avrage i tend to atleast have on ok experience

The staff is incredibly slow and doesn't know what's going on. Every single time I go there, I just had to wait 15 minutes for them, to hand me 2 blizzards that were sitting on the counter. Already done They wouldn't even hand them to me. I had to wait 15 minutes.
