It's a typical Five Guys. Good burgers, good fries, clean restaurant, and friendly staff but nothing over the top. Yeah, we'll go here again, but not often. The price is high for what you're getting and there really isn't anything that makes it "that" much better.

I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and the employees were very friendly and it was by far the best burger I've ever had from a fast food chain. Hands down my new favorite burger is the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and grilled onions ?
Today was my first visit to the new Five Guys in Newberg. I'm handicapped so I order over the phone, was parked right in front of the store. The call was answered promptly, I immediately told the person what I wanted to order, but that I needed someone to bring the order to my car, at which time his reply was "not a problem". I gave him my order (his name was Zachary) he took my order, he had a few questions, just to make sure that I would be getting what I wanted, and he told me it would take approx 6 minutes for the order and he would bring it out to the car. So, I was in AWE at the Service he gave me, extremely polite and ready to help. That was my reason for 5 Stars, well deserved. Not to mention that when I got home, I had a GREAT BURGER TO EAT...it was beyond my expectations and delicious!! Thank you again Zachary for that Outstanding Service, looking forwards to my next visit.
