Gusto is this hidden gem in Newberg that I just want to tell everyone about! The staff here are incredibly friendly and the food here is always always *chef's kiss*. All of their food is made in house...breads, pastas, gelato etc - they even have the flours for sale! If you are looking for casual Italian food, this place will not disappoint - every dollar spent here is worth it!

I needed this place!! I recently got back from Florence and have been searching for the perfect Italian sandwich and this place is it! The prosciutto panini with truffle cheese is amazing and the service was 10/10. Will be returning again very soon

It was okay… It was awkward when I first came in the girl was staring at my guy for so long she didn’t even stop till I said something. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I’ve never had that issue before… but I let it go and had a decent conversation with the young girl… and about her family. Anyways we ordered food and some of the sauces… she talked up a big game for them and made me excited about the family food but when I actually tried it, everything was so over salted… cool atmosphere. But I don’t want to go back there for two reasons. How uncomfortable I was with the most awkward first interaction with someone giving the “sex eye stare down” to my partner… and the sauce. I was kinda relieved when my partner said he didn’t want to go back there because of the salt issue and how over priced it was for what we got.. I’m sure some people love this food but there is definitely better… I wish I had the choice to add the salt in myself.

From the time I entered into the deli, I was greeted with nothing but kindness. As an Italian, this place is the real deal. Cody gave us samples of meatballs and cannoli filling he made fresh. I’m visiting from Seattle, and honestly, I would make the 5 hour trip any day to come back here! Mangiare!

Super friendly, happy, and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices. Best sandwitch I've ever had.

Always a 5/5 for my husband and I. We pop in from time to time and grab a panini or two, try one of their many salads and peruse their other food stuffs. The staff are always friendly and kind, striking up conversation and sharing recommendations. We even had the privilege of meeting the owner and trying a panini flavor he was working with, once! It’s always a good time with good food here. You can never go wrong trying something new.
