What a great addition to NewbergA real Italian deli. The sandwiches are great, gelato flavourful and very creamy, staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice to stop in and pick up some dinner makings. Hope they add some tables to sit at.

This place is good but pricey. I paid $45 for loaf of bread (a traditional Italian Easter bread) and $20 for 4 meatballs. That's pretty steep in my opinion Also tried the lasagna which cost $16 per square it is a large square but you have to heat it yourself and to be honest I thought it was ok... I felt like it was too cheesy and needed more tomato flavor. My husband agreed.

Loved this surprisinly place for lunch sammie Everyone in there knwo what their selling and it is all fresh and authentic Don't be intimidated. It is diffferent bu they are super helpful and want educate all of us. Pannini (compress sandwich) was great as well as the pickled veggies and pasta salad with drink ($20). I was stuff after it and wife took hers home. Great place also to buy birthday gifts, christmas gifts or something that a foodie friend you know may have never seen. We loved the great cheese from Italy! At least pop in for polite service and great flavors! Newberg needs places like this!

My brother the “Mayor of Eagle Street and his lovely wife Sigrid” brought us Valentines dinner from Gusto to Whidbey Island. We lived in Italy for two years and studied cooking in Lucca Italy. Trust me. You don’t need to travel to get the best Italian food in the world. Don’t leave love to find love. Go to Newburg.

I thought I knew what good meat and cheese was but apparently I've just been eating garbage out of the dumpster like a raccoon. I came in wanting to check out the place had a couple paninis that changed my life on what a sandwich is supposed to be. I was treated like family offered samples of the best cured meats, octopus, and cheeses that restored my hope in humanity and reset my brain. Who needs drugs when I can be moved to tears and feel inner peace with a platter of meats that take me to a place of comfort and security that is a kin with gestation in the womb. Ive easily spent 140 plus dollars on meats cheeses at other places and for half the price at gusto was provided a platter of good size and epic flavor to which no other place I'm aware can compete. This was pure ambrosia. No notes only my undieing loyalty to my new purveyor of charcuterie.

Went here today for the first time and immediately after walking in it felt like home. The service and the friendliness is some of the best i've ever experienced at a restaurant, let alone a non-dining place. The paninis were exceptional, the decorations were great, and they had a wide selection of different Italian dishes or sauces to choose from.
Man... so many yummy things! Reminds of my grandma and great grandma home. I definitely will be visiting again!

If I could rate this 6 stars I would... this is the BEST place around this area to get some lunch. The panini's are PERFECT. So crunchy and delicious ( I recommend the spicy Italian). Don't try the lasagna, it will put every other lasagna you've ever had to bitter shame. The food is a 10/10, and the employees match the quality of food. They are so kind and will go into details about the fascinating process of how they make their delicious food. This place is also great to get authentic Italian ingredients to take home for dinner, including AMAZING fresh made pasta noodles, pasta sauces with a wide range, Italian meats and cheeses and everything else under the sun. Don't be shy to ask for samples as they are very generous in offering a taste. This is a place I want to be 24/7 and I will be a customer as long as they keep doing what they are doing. P.S. couldn't take a pic of the food because I ate it too quickly...
