A fine place to grab some American Chinese food. The food is served up fresh, hot, and tastes excellent -- everything of the right consistency and flavor. I will certainly be back repeatedly for my chinese food fix.

My husband & I have been eating at Happy Family for a couple years now. (Miss chicken fried rice no/onion & Mister salt & pepper squid with hot & sour soup!)
You get a nice portion of food at an extremely great price, and the owners of the restaurant are ALWAYS so friendly, receptive, & pleasant to see. After talking with the owner tonight found out their lease situation might be forcing them to move on. We are so sad to hear this & hope that things will work out in their favor no matter what the outcome! Extremely nice people that deserve the best!
Hope to keep stopping in for dinner in the future!

We enjoyed our meal. The hot sour soup was excellent and our entrees were big enough to have lunch the next day. Service is always great!

The food is always great and the staff is always polite and fast. So far, this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Yamhill County 💛
Updated: Last nights takeout order was delicious. The food tasted like I had prepared it myself. It tasted like I'd made it myself, but didn't have to clean up after myself.
This happens to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Chinese food place don’t eat here at all the bathroom lights don’t even work they flicker so if you get seizures, I would not recommend this place. The waitress took my order wrong and then insisted that I was the one that said the wrong number to top it off. She poured me a glass of water and you can see things floating in there after the third time she served me and she had the nerve to say that it was me or it could’ve been the food that accidentally got in there I don’t backwash and I clearly seen it as she was pouring it, and she was insisting that the water was clean and it was just my cup. I’m afraid to even eat the food after they fixed the number because the lady popped her head out to look who was complaining which I believe she was the cook and then happened to walk back that is the weird not only that I found dog hair on my cup and then on my client‘s daughter‘s plate it was not a white hair. It was clearly a dog hair so I don’t know that place is very insanitary. Bad service food was overcooked into crispy where you can’t even enjoy it. I don’t even know how they’re even in business. Why are people saying that they’re good when cleary Yan’s and China town in McMinnville happen to be way better by far.
