My husband and I went to this beautiful winery on a tour! This one was the best one. Forest was very knowledgeable and informative. The wines were excellent and nicely priced. The garden were truly breathtaking. We had a great experience here and when we come back to Portland we will definitely be going back.

J. Christopher offers excellent wines with very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I love the patio and they have one of the most beautiful gardens -- I'm always seeing hummingbirds when I'm there! It's also a great venue to listen to local live musicians!

We had a wonderful visit to this winery which was new to all three of us. Nathan provided us with superlative service, the scenery is gorgeous and the wines were delicious. We all agreed this will be our go to winery whenever we have visitors to the region as well as a place we will happily return to on our own. Highly recommended.

This was one of the absolute best tastings I've ever experienced. The wines themselves are fantastic - I left with 3 bottles. Wines aside, the tasting experience was fantastic. Forrest was so insightful and knowledgeable, not to mention approachable to throughout the whole process. He made the tasting process enjoyable and educational, without being pretentious or intimidating. When I come back, I hope he's the one working!

She answered all our questions with a smile and made great recommendations after learning about our palettes. This has 5 stars because the view is so incredible. The wines are good and we took some home. I love Pinot but sometimes want a variety. There is a sparkling tasting as well as a Reising tasting. They have music some nights and I think that would be ideal.
