We had a wonderful selection of different foods for our meal at Jory. Both my husband and I were amazed at the unique elements pulled together in each dish. Our server did an incredible job. He was friendly and helpful in explaining the various dishes. It helped us make informed choices for our meal, including our dessert. It was relaxing and we did not feel rushed. The support staff did a great job as well in clearing dishes and setting new silverware. The menu featured several Native American chefs working together on the overall menu. The selections were fresh, unique and so delicious! These dishes felt very healthy and did not make you feel over full. The proportions were a nice reasonable size, not oversized.

The kitchen was very backed up. We were at our table for an hour before the first course came. Our waiter was amazing but spread too thin with too many tables. Food was great once we were served. Hopefully they can evolve to manage the volume or hire more staff. We did 5 course with wine pairing.

I was so impressed by Chef Jack Strong's cuisine and wine director Elaine Heide's list. Ingredients grown on site in the Chef's Garden. A huge wine list with super solid by-the-glass selections. And I really appreciate that Chef Strong brings and indigenous American perspective and ingredients to his menu. Do not miss this experience!

We did the 7 course tasting with wine pairing and it was fantastic! Our server was on point and the wine pairings were perfect. The food is amazing - great presentation and flavors. Do not miss the cheesecake dessert!

Jory: Jory is a beautiful restaurant with amazing staff: the front desk greeting is always professional and warm, the waitress was professional and friendly, the severs maintain a constant supply of water and anything you need. The facility is flawless, clean everything. It is not inexpensive but there is value. The value is the food is always perfect, but it is the atmosphere and how the management and staff intentionally make every dinner a special event.

Everything was top except the water refill. When I have to search out staff for a water refill, that doesn't meet the top notch service one comes to expect. Still a favorite, and I just recommended Jory to friends this evening. *It WAS a quiet day in the dining room, and I understand when it's “slow”, sometimes wait staff tend to relax a little.

Bailey was outstanding and expertly guide us through the tasting menu. If you have the chance get the Kobe for sure!

I had the Waygu beef dish which was very expensive and not at all good. It was a small portion that was tough and had a small amount of sauce which did not have much flavor. The 2 brussel sprouts were hard and not cooked sufficiently. It was a waste of money.

Had several meals there. Breakfast was great each time. Dinner was a disappointment. Steak was over cooked. Wife fish was bland. Hotel was great.

We have dined here several times...tonight was not up to par. The Caesar salad was bland and tasteless (Outback steakhouse has a better one) and the Wagyu steak was oversalted, undercooked and cold when served. The brussel sprouts were nicely crisped on the outside but uncooked on the inside and hard. The steak's sauce was very good but would have been better if warm. The green salad was pretty good and the pasta was very good. For an upscale place I would expect the Caesar to be spot on/a signature "go to" and for their one and only steak to be cooked to perfection.

Beautiful setting and great service, but the good was disappointing. Overcooked all the fish and no dressing on Caesar salads.

Always wonderful service, great wine list experienced sommelier- fabulous food ambience. Such a wonderful place to bring guests and sit back, relax and enjoy being spoiled.

Jory is a beautiful restaurant in a great setting, so when we walked in our expectations were high. However, my wife and I felt uncomfortable. Our server was wonderful and the support staff was professional. We split a salmon tower starter which was tasty but very hard to eat with the large crackers...not worth the $28 price. My entree was the halibut which lacked seasoning and was a small portion. It was served with pickled fennel that was poorly prepped with the core still attached and a fennel sauce that didn't ready add to the party ($55). My wife's entree was much better ... a cauliflower gnocchi dish with mushrooms and vegetables which was very good. She added salmon which almost doubled the cost. Although very tasty the $63 price was very high. Our server actually comped the entrees without any prompting as the took a very long time to arrive. All in all, Jory wouldn't be our choice when we return to the Willamette Valley.

Visiting from St Louis and so glad we made a reservation. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable!! The food was wonderful and we had an excellent dining experience. The wagyu beef entree was exceptional. Highly recommend

Incredible food on the chef's tasting menu! Everything was so beyond our already high expectations. The food was literally a perfect piece of art on a plate and the tastes were mind blowing 🤯🤯🤯 An absolutely fabulous evening!
