We live a town away that's smaller than Newberg. There's another pho place closer to us, but we really like this place and worth the extra gas to get to.
I had their combination pho - lots of meat, plenty of broth, nice and hot, and it taste really good.
We also had their gluten free pork spring roll (fried) and their salad roll (fresh). Not a lot of pho places make their spring rolls gluten free and when you do ask other places they look at you weird for asking.
For dessert, we took avocado smoothies to go and this was also made well.
The customer service was great. The ladies were all smiles and it's a major plus that they accommodate gluten intolerance/allergy.
Excited to go back to try the other dishes like the rice plates. I'm definitely not going to Beaverton any longer just to eat pho.

Wow! Last minute decision on our way through Newberg on our way to the coast. Loved my Bun and my husband tried the Vietnamese omellette which he loved. We'll stop by again if we're back in the area.

Can't speak to other items on their menu but we ordered H-10 (house curry) and H-2 (orange chicken with rice). Her orange chicken was overcooked and hard, bland, and was also somehow cold, which brings food safety into question. My curry was bland, and the broccoli was obviously not cooked along with it, because the broccoli was not soft. They also don't have a variety of ingredients to add to the curry, I prefer mine with bamboo chutes. The broth of curry was also bland, it tasted like water with a hint of chicken, with curry powder in it. I understand this is a Vietnamese restaurant, so if they want to offer yellow curry as a menu item, they should at least learn how it is flavored. Sugar obviously is not a standard menu item they use in any capacity, the food was neither spicy, sweet, salty or savory, I don't understand how it is possible to cook something and have it come out with no flavor at all. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Just Pho You offers some of the best gluten-free options in Newberg. The pho is delicious, and the gluten-free spring rolls are amazing. The portions are generous.
The staff is warm and inviting. The music is at just the right level.
I didn't see public restrooms for use, so you may need to ask.
The doors are manually operated, so wheelchair users may need assistance.
There is a fair amount of parking. Handicap parking is limited to one or two spaces.

I ordered a small P10 - beef, basket and tripe pho and hot vietnamese coffee. The food was served very quickly and delicious. I enjoyed it very much. The service was great and the dining space was good - soft jazz music playing in the air while I enjoyed the delicious food. It was a great day!!

I brought my daughters here to enjoy this gem of a restaurant. I had the Singapore Noodle and my daughter's had the Pho and Yellow Curry. The food was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly, served beautifully, and just the right proportions.
I love the atmosphere here. It feels like the small intimate restaurant that it is. Good music, great service, and well attended by the ladies working here. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a wonderful meal.
