This is a small family owned bakery who makes some pretty delicious sweet treats and good bread. I stopped in after my curiosity got the best of me and was pleasantly surprised. They have cinnamon rolls that are amazing, and all sorts of baked goods to cure your sweet tooth. They also make really good bread. I picked up a loaf of rye that was so good. Right in the heart of downtown newberg is where you'll find this little gem!

I'm gluten free and the treats I got were to die for! The most decadent bear claw (reminded me of baklava in a way), had the best texture possible. Hard to find, usually gluten free pastries are dry, but this was dense and lovely. The white chocolate raspberry scone was also delish! Great flavor. The gluten free cinnamon roll was super flavorful. My boyfriend and I split that for breakfast and it was sweet and filling. I wish I lived closer. I'd come back and buy out their whole case. Lovely people working, beyond friendly and very helpful!

I ordered one of their custom pies (marionberry) in the morning and it was out of the oven by early afternoon. The pie was the real deal -- beautiful golden-brown lattice crust, full of ripe fruit (none of that gooey stuff you get in your typical store-bought pie), and a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. This was the kind of pie that would win a blue ribbon at the country fair. Highly recommended!

Why would I go anywhere else. Luckee Dutch did an amazing job on my son's grooms cake for his wedding. His bride is a huge fan of cheesecake and my son not so much. So Luckee Dutch came to the rescue and with only two weeks notice created the most amazing german chocolate grooms cake. It was exactly as I asked for, on time and in all honesty the hit of the wedding. Several guests asked where it came from and not a single piece came home as there were quite a few seconds requested. Thank you for helping to make his special day even better. I would highly recommend this bakery.

Holy cow! I could eat their gluten free bear claws every day- they are my favorite. Their gluten free Bismark's are an indulgent delight. Their gluten free chocolate croissants - so good. Their plain gluten free croissants - also so good! I don't care where you're at - call ahead, have them set some pastries aside for you - and make the drive. You won't regret it. I've had some great gluten free cakes and cookies and such at other bakeries - but none of them can hold a candle to Luckee Dutch's pastries. The only thing that would make them better is if they had an entire wall dedicated to even more variety of pastries. Though my waistband and wallet appreciate things as they are ?

The best wheat free biscuits I've ever tasted. And Wheat Free scones are out of this world wonderful!I had a scone and then I had to have coffee with it and usually I have cream or something in my coffee but they only had black and was I ever surprised at how delicious it too was!

Very friendly staff and the salted caramel brownie I had was delicious! Didn't look like the space is dedicated gluten free, but all of the gluten free items were well separated from the gluten containing items
Stopped in while dining thru and what a gem! Delicious pastry- we got cinnamon rolls, cookies, croissants. Individual wrapped and so so so good. Love the squishmallow decor. Amazing post pandemic prices compared to other bakeries in Portland. What a great place
