Again failed to fulfill my order. When I called the store to see if I can get a refund for the missing items or if anything else can be done, I hear Spanish speaking laughter then the call was disconnected. This is theft to me. So many times I looked the other way. This is pathetic McDonald's,

I take my son here a lot. I always enjoyed mcdonald's as a kid when my grandfather took me. So, I just try to relive some of those precious moments I had with my grandfather.
Placed an online order to pickup after work. Picked up the food and headed home. Upon arriving home I saw that they gave me a regular deluxe mccrispy and not a spicy mccrispy I asked for, drive thru was empty when I picked it up so I was confused why they messed up. Tried going back and telling them but the lady her name was Lupe, she has glasses, looks like a dude lol didn’t wanna believe me at all and she was being all rude and she swore she put the right one in the bag. I showed her the deluxe and she acted confused and got all quiet. Then I asked for if her manager was there but she said she wasn’t and she said “my name is Lupe by the way” because she knew I was going to say smth. I don’t understand how these minimum wage fast food workers get mad and are stingy with everything, long day after work and I gotta put up with their bs

Went there for lunch today and took the food home opened the burger and took a bite only to find bugs in my burger.. took all food back and showed them only to be called a liar I will be contacting corporate as well as the health department.. I will never eat there again
Stopped here twice in the last month. Seriously fast service. I order on line. Fresh hot meal in minutes. Very satisfied with this location. Thanks to all the very friendly folks who work here.

The manager was the only one to greet me and acknowledge me when I came in to pick up my order, I stood for about 15 min while my order was hanging out in the warmer, nobody else came up to ask me what I needed and when they did they told me to get someone’s attention, I let them know that I wasn’t going to yell at them to give me my bag of food, that they simply weren’t attending me.
