I take my son here a lot. I always enjoyed mcdonald's as a kid when my grandfather took me. So, I just try to relive some of those precious moments I had with my grandfather.
Placed an online order to pickup after work. Picked up the food and headed home. Upon arriving home I saw that they gave me a regular deluxe mccrispy and not a spicy mccrispy I asked for, drive thru was empty when I picked it up so I was confused why they messed up. Tried going back and telling them but the lady her name was Lupe, she has glasses, looks like a dude lol didn’t wanna believe me at all and she was being all rude and she swore she put the right one in the bag. I showed her the deluxe and she acted confused and got all quiet. Then I asked for if her manager was there but she said she wasn’t and she said “my name is Lupe by the way” because she knew I was going to say smth. I don’t understand how these minimum wage fast food workers get mad and are stingy with everything, long day after work and I gotta put up with their bs
