Natalie's Estate Winery

We can't say enough good things about Natalie's! We had a barrel tasting and was really impressed with everything we tried. Jeff made the experience highly customizable, taking our initial thoughts on what we enjoy and giving us the chance to try different levels of tannin, oak, age, etc. We brought home a Barbera an Malbec and wish we could have grabbed more. Worth every penny!

Natalie’s Estate Winery is one of our all time favorites! We have been enjoying this stellar boutique winery for years and have never had anything less than a top notch experience. They produce a range of varietals, both reds and whites, and they are all excellent. There is always the opportunity to interact with winemakers, making the experience educational as well as enjoyable. The hospitality shown to all by Boyd, Cassandra and Jeff makes us feel welcome and valued.

We are Cellar Club members and through the interaction we have had with other members, we have forged new friendships. Additionally, every time we have taken guests with us they, too, have joined. This is due to the personal attention and overall experience, not to mention the outstanding wines!

During our recent visit to this extraordinary winery, we were blown away by not only the quality of the wine but also the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Boyd and Cassandra, in particular, made our visit unforgettable. Their personable, caring, and sweet demeanor added a special touch to the entire experience.

Boyd's knowledge about the intricacies of wine-making was impressive. He took the time to explain the unique processes involved in creating each bottle, making our tasting session both educational and enjoyable. His passion for wine was evident and contagious, leaving us eager to learn more.

Cassandra, with her warm and welcoming nature, ensured that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our experience made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. She expertly guided us through the tasting, offering insightful pairing suggestions that perfectly complemented the wines.

The wine itself was nothing short of spectacular. Each varietal we sampled showcased the winery's dedication to quality and craftsmanship. From the rich, velvety reds to the crisp, refreshing whites, every sip was a testament to their expertise. Our personal favorite was the Petit Verdot.

We left with not only a few bottles of their finest but also with wonderful memories of a perfect day spent in good company. We can't wait to return!

Subpar.

Drove out of our way to visit this winery as it had good reviews. Arrived to a small parking area and was attempting to park appropriately in the small space when (the owner?) came out of the winery and in an uptight manner, quickly approached our vehicle like we broke a law and began to question what we were doing there in a frustrated tone. After looking at each other in confusion and telling him we came hoping to do a wine tasting, he informed us that tastings are by appointment only. We were unaware, and even looked on the website prior to making the trip. Only after going back to the website we saw “tasting by appointment only” at the very bottom of the main page on the website making it very easy to miss. This was a very unpleasant interaction and could’ve been handled better. We basically felt chased out of there! We had a much friendlier, more professional interaction at ROCO winery just down the road!

A quaint spot with ties to old Hollywood makes this well worth a visit, not to mention the many delicious wines - some of the best we enjoyed in the area!
